That place is and pits the mattress cover had blood stains all over it the sheets were dirty and smelled like cigarettes and the Hot Tub is ancient and old and rusty and the bathrooms are worst rust everywhere

It was very dirty. The sheets were dirty. When we removed them we noticed the mattress cover had bloodstains on it.
We asked front office for new sheets. We never received them. We wound up buying our own sheets for the bed! Upon checkout, our complaints fell on deaf ears. The office didn;t care.
You get what you pay for. Don't stay here.

The entire room was dirty, blanket on bed had burn holes and when asked for another one. I was given a blanket too small for the bed and that too late for housekeeping. Room needs serious repair and upgrades, very disappointing. Don't think I will be staying here or booking through expedia again!

This hotel needs to be shut down, the whole place is completely dirty, bed sheet had blood stains on them, the room was smelling of weed / cigarette odour, no hot water in the bathroom, room floor were half damaged...This hotel is not ideal for anyone to stay.the owner were extremely rude, they threatened to call the police when i complained about the living situation of the hotel

The place is out dated. Got the hot tub room and there was cracks and holes in the tiles. I had to clean tue tub because of the soap scum. There were holes in the walls and the one hole was covered with a mouse glue trap. This is unacceptable. The place should not even been offered on your site.

The check in was not good. A couple before ne was double charge and i think i was too. I wont know til i check out. They are double charging clients because its to cgeap online foe them to survive. If i gwt double xharged im calling consumer affairs.

It’s an ok place for a last minute motel. But, it’s not the Hilton of course. The owners live on the property. You only get one key and have to pay for a second. The room was clean and the owners are accommodating. There were some esthetics and cosmetic issues but everything worked including the WiFi. Pillows were shabby and blankets had holes in them. Out of 5 I figure it a 2.8.

If I could give this place a negative mark for cleaniness I would. This place was absolutely filthy so much that I left to find another place to stay. Sheets were dirty with stains, paint was chipping off the sides of every wall, and the bathtub was literally warping out of the floor. The desk was stripped of varnish and the door barely stayed shut. Only by the deadbolt.

It’s was ok not to bad just few things I didn’t like one the guy at the desk wasn’t to friendly it was late he must have been tired the room was missing the remote to the tv and I tried to do it manually but the tv kept saying no service so I was stuck without a tv all night the bath tub looked horrible to the point I just waited to leave to shower elsewhere but other than that I slept good no bugs like the rest of these rooms smh

It says there is s casino on site and there is not. I figured because no pictures but it says there is a casino on hotel.com. so i had to spend more money on a ride to a different casino after the sublime concert. Instead of just going back to the hotel i was staying at. It was not clean at all or up to date. Did 24 7 service at front desk and i had to leave without my cash deposit. Bs

The man that was there was rude. He kept forgetting he had my license in the coffee machine. He tried to make me sign papers twice he tried to charge my debit card twice and the room I originally paid for wasn’t even available. There was no hot tub and that bet was definitely definitely not a king size bedis like mildew. I checked out as soon as I checked in.
