Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel

When I got up to shower the next morning there was no hot water. I had to take a shower in cold water. I did call and they wanted to send a maintenance man up but I have to be somewhere.

Great Place

Very disappointed with the service we received through out our stay last night. For the amount i paid for 1 night stay I definitely expected better. I brought microwavable food to find out that there isn't any microwaves. I had to go buy food rather than eating what i brought for our stay. Most cheap hotels serve breakfast. We didnt even get a free breakfast with our expensive stay. There was 4 of us adults staying in our room. Our kids came to swim with us in the daytime. Pool attendant gave us a hard time about the pool wrist bands and was rude. She offered towels to other guests multiple times but not us. There was a baby under a year in the hot tub and she didn't say anything but when my 3 year old daughter was near the hot tub she came and told me she couldn't be in there because the other little kids will want to go in there as well. She was being very rude about everything from the moment we walked into the pool area. I paid a lot of money for us to enjoy a night away and it was not worth it at all. Im not pleased with the service or room. When i mentioned all of this at check out I was told that management would speak with the pool attendant lady and that was simply it. It wasn't an enjoyable stay for us and for that i give a 1 star review. Being that this is supposed to be a luxury and nice hotel I expected things to be alot better.

Had dinner at juniper steakhouse. Food was great. Service staff attentive. Nice room, but pillows too high and hard for me. Disappointed in bathroom lighting and took quite awhile to get hot water in shower.

Live in Albuquerque…first time to get a room for NFL playoffs. Very clean and all staff was so friendly and helpful. We spent most of our time in the awesome sports book, great menu and seating while watching the games. Upstairs is cool too. Plenty of space. Comedy show was a great break from sportsbook.

We were under the impression we had a deluxe king but when we checked in we were given a standard which is super small.and the bed was not comfortabl. I guess we were sppiled by the previous stay. Its a beautifl place and will go back deluxe

Everything nice.

Toilet Handle would not pop backup and ran until we pulled it back up, USB plugs in the walls and the Desk, did not work. Only the Alarm Clock USB's worked. was also diappointed in not having a Refrigerator or a microwave in the room. also there was not complimentry Breafest

Best hotel!!!

Very clean and comfortable

Prooerty was very nice and clean. The rooms and bathroom were both dark and I had no hot water. I told the front desk when I checked out and thought they shoukd of offered a discount . I ate at two of restaurants and they were both delicious.

We only had the food court as an option to eat dinner and only Starbucks for breakfast.

the hotel is so pretty and very clean, the casino didn't have a smoke smell which was very nice. The machines are spread out so you are not on top of each other. The steak house restaurant was fantastic, the ribeye and Mahi Mahi was so good. the sports bar was fun. great service!!

Just the pillows were big and overstuffed. My poor little head kept falling off because of the pillows were to big.
