Great place to stay. Quiet, clean, warm rooms. Pretty decent breakfast options which are part of the room rate. Reasonable prices. My only suggestion is that since a lot of the guests are seniors, is to have better lighting on the stairwells which go up to the other floors ... these are not all ground floor rooms. I'll stay again as several popular business/theaters are walkable.

Very nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast provided in the mornings. Affordable accommodations with a beautiful view of the area.

Easy access and very clean room.

The room was clean. One sheet had dried blood drops on it. Beds were very uncomfortable almost horrible. Shower water pressure was super low as was shower flow. Seating in room was one old dirty chair with two plastic chairs. It did not match the reviews online. Outside is dated and not very clean. I am not a person to give negative reviews but this is an honest review. Very uncomfortable room overall. We left a day early and bought an air mattress to sleep on after day two.

Overall it was a nice room for the price. It was very clean. The only thing would be the table was quite damaged but otherwise good deal. Will definitely go back

Please DO NOT stay here. I am just now coming on here to review this hotel but we stayed here last year. The stay was fine until we came home and brought bed bugs with us!! This last year and 3 months have been the worst of our lives trying to get rid of the bed bugs that came home with us. We know for a fact it came from this hotel because we had not traveled anywhere else and it has been a nightmare from hell getting rid of them and we are out thousands of dollars from it. I swore off Branson after this trip. Im hoping to return sometime soon but will stay far away from this hotel and any surrounding ones.

This hotel was mostly what I expected. Priced well. My only complaints are the noise (I was next to the laundry room) and lack of water pressure (could be caused from the laundry room as well)

Hotel was great, room very clean and neat. Special little touches left from the staff. Great check in staff.

The check in is quick and easy. The rooms are always very clean and the free breakfast is always nice. Grace is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and she always makes sure we have a great stay at Seven Gables.

This is an old building but renovated and was good. The place was clean and the breakfast was good. Very friendly people.
