Nice hotel. Lobby is nice and clean. The bathroom is small — maybe change the door to barn door it would free up some space. Parking is not free. Staff very accommodating and nice.

The hotel was amazing and the staff was phenomenal! Shoutout to the front desk supervisor Eric Lam for his incredible service! Flying in from Colorado is usually a nightmare but he made the experience amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My suggestion to anyone, which I failed to do is Google the hotel out of Expedia. Needless to say I was disappointed. Pictures were not accurate.

The hotel was in average was ok. Room are big and clean. There is highway relatively close so you can hear the noise but still is relatively quiet. Ilthe worst thing was that my room was cleaned.

I arrived at 4:45pm to check in. Was told my room was not ready. I waited one hour to get in my room. The room was clean. However, the drapes had rips and tears. There are holes around the bathroom sink allowing flying bugs and I get in the room. The caulking in the shower needs attention. All 4 pillows and pillow cases had many tiny bugs in them. Could not use them. The box of tissues was low. We ran out of tissue. Finally, the TV cable connection was awful!! The connection dropped every 5 mins. There’s an empty space between the headboard and the wall. Had bugs and insects coming out of there. One microwave in the whole bldg. what’s that about? Cheap decision. Two things I liked were the hot water and checkout at 12pm. Sheraton hotel is definitely a lower class. The $28 parking is a rip off!!! Had to park on the street. I guess that’s what you call making your guests feel welcome. Think again!
