The hotel was nice and conveniently located. The pool was broke. Facility was a bit dated. The rooms were very clean. The staff members were friendly and professional. Lander is a very cute town with great restaurants.

Rooms were well designed and clean. Big shower area and good beds. Staff was friendly. Casino table games close down early due to lack of patrons.

So was there mid January. TEMP was 0 at night, low teens during day. Our room was unheated. The thermostat had no batteries and the under window heater/conditioner had no power. The window only has a blackout blind no curtains to help block the cold. Doublesheet with thin blanket only bed covering. No spare bankets in room. Got in late enough we didnt notice problem. Woke up by cold around 1am... had to dress in our clothing to try and warm up. Wont ever stay again. Also hot tub in pool are smelly. Dont change water enough.

Staff was very rude, the service was horrible. They didnt know how to make drinks. The staff didnt greet you or even say hi when walking to the desk or around the casino. They also were on their phones when talking to customers at the check in desk.
