Everything was great.

The hotel was okay. I found a few black hair in the bathroom and shower. Wasn’t to pleased

We will definitely stay here again! The staff was great and everything was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were very nice and the price was great!

Everything was ok up until we went to go to sleep. When we turned the lights off to go to sleep after celebrating the new year, our 13 year old daughter swore she something on the illuminated numbers on the alarm clock. Upon turning on the flashlight on my wife’s cellphone, we discovered multiple cockroaches. 2 inside the alarm clock, and 2 crawling on the nightstand. We immediately packed up, went downstairs, and checked out promptly at 12:45AM. We had to take the risk of driving home almost an hour away, on a night where drunk drivers are extremely prevalent. All because of the negligence of this establishment. I will say that the pool and hot tub were nice. We enjoyed both and the room was quiet. From desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming upon check in. The 3rd shift clerk was very apologetic upon our check out and asked for videos and photos of the issue. We were told the hotel manger would be following up with us. She comes in tomorrow and if she does not reach out, we will.

Staff is polite

Cleanliness is average. Our room had plumbing issues. Sink water was scalding hot (dangerous for children/elderly) & flushed toilet water was quite warm?Shower/bathtub on the other hand, only had hot water once of the 3 times attempted. We managed- used the ice bucket to pour the boiling water from the sink into a bath. But, not good for someone just wanting a quick shower. Breakfast was good.

Room was comfortable however the water temperature was hard to control. Either the water was too hot or too cold.

The front desk clerk treated us exceptionally well and that made our stay amazing.

Quick check in, quiet atmosphere, convenient to shopping, restaurants. Parking lot is well lit. Breakfast options for hot food was not great.

We checked and left almost immediately. It’s a dump

The location is right in the area we often visit when in town. A fav restaurant just opened up next door. That said, won’t do it again. We had to change rooms due to the smell in the bathroom that couldn’t be escaped. Optimistically chose this stay on the pic of the hot tub. Couldn’t get the jets to work more than moving my hands under the water as a kid.

It was very good the second time we stayed there. Will go back again.

The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and very efficient. She made me feel as though I was a family member returning for a visit. I was able to relax in the jacuzzi, and have a very comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast area appeared to offer what most other facilities offer, however, they need to address the coffee issue. Waiting for coffee to be made in a regular coffee pot was very annoying as well as causing a delay to the start of my day. There was coffee available to be made in the room, but I prefer a fresh cup of coffee to start my day. Just a small thing, but definitely would improve their hospitality rating.

Hotel was pretty standard. The building was old and not very well kept. Good for the price but wouldn’t call that a breakfast.

Bathroom could have been cleaner and it took a long time to get shower temperature right.

The check In process was quick and easy with no issues. The lobby was nice and inviting, but once in the elevator and into the hallway for our room it was definitely very outdated and not very clean. Our room was okay, nothing special. Very outdated as well. The breakfast was average, no real complaints there. There was a pool and a hot tub, the jets in the hot tub were not working. The pool was okay, but very small. My biggest complaint, was the morning of check out, I opened the drawer next to the beds and found a live cockroach inside. I was very disgusted and then very paranoid that we likely slept with bugs in the room the whole 2 nights without knowing.

Shopping and dining a lot of choices

Front desk lady was not very friendly and was rude when we asked for towels for the pool (it was 15 minutes until it closed but the guys wanted to sit in the hot tub for a few minutes). Took her time getting the towels and was not very personable. Water pressure of the shower was not great and the stairways walls were gross.

Customer service was HORRIBLE. The staff was not friendly at all from check in to check out. We felt no welcome at all. I've stayed here before a few years ago, that's why I returned but NEVER AGAIN!
