Sleep Inn & Suites Fort Campbell

Had a room that smelled horrible had holes in couch and bed. Had to leave due to family emergency next morning and was denied a refund. Ended up paying for a horrible place that I didn’t even stayed. No help from front desk or manager either. Will never book here again!

We have stopped there on our way south for around 5 years. It is getting noticeably run down. We'll try someplace new/different next year.

Really nice hotel - don’t care about eco friendly- didn’t rate it

The 4th floor had a very strong unpleasant odor and my room had food crumbs on the floor and the shower head had turned pink due to bacteria build up and the toilet was very worn and is starting to turn colors inside the bowel.

The staff was very helpful and very nice. The hotel was clean and room was great.

After driving 8 hours we made a stop . We got in at midnight to a wonderul front drsk personnel. our 1st room 304 bed had a pool of pee on the bed. It was like someone had peed in the bed and they only changed the sheets but left the bed pad soak with pee. Bed made and everything. Only because i pull sheets off and spray the bed with bedbug and lysol spray that i found it. Front drsk peraon apologized and we got moved to another room 400 and the door didnt lock. Only locked when someone is in the room. The bathroom tub had a ring around the tub and hair in the bottom. Was told that was the only room left.i dont fault the front desk folks but who ever is managing this hotel needs to do be let go bc they are not inspecting their facility nor the staff work.

Normally I don't have many bad things to say about a stay but a little disappointed that my kids and I were put in rooms on 2 different floors when I booked them together. The stay was a little noisy from a dog staying on our floor that barked several times until about midnight ( I understand that this is not really the hotels fault)but it did take away from our comfort. I also found speckles of mold in the shower ( which I did report upon leaving) and they were super concerned and made a work note for maintenance. Breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy, but they did have waffles and biscuits and gravy which are always yummy ...beds were super comfy... would stay here again if in the area... staff was super nice..

When I checked in Robin at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The only negative experience that I had was when I checked into Room 412 there was a black bug on the outside of the lampshade on the desk which I had to get rid of. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

Very clean and nice room. Breakfast was great and it was very close to the army base which was very convenient for us.

The service was friendly

The property is old, rundown, and dirty. The fixtures within the room were beaten up and scarred. The heat/cooling unit didn’t work properly and my room was sweltering. The pool heater was broken so that was closed. The staff was nice, no complaints with that v

Carpeting and furniture needs some TLC. It felt as if I was in a motel not hotel.
