The sheets were not clean. We slept on top of the comforter because it was late.
There were no glasses or mugs, but a coffee maker... guess you are supposed to brew it into your hands.
The room was obviously cleaned at some point, it just wasn't recently.

Room and amenities are not as advertised. Areas in the room that are dirty and evidence of bug/insect activity inside kitchen cabinets. Advertised as a full kitchen but no utensils, plates, or other items needed in a “full kitchen”. Only learned this after reviewing check in information inside the room. If these items are not made available, it should be clarified upon checkin or don’t advertise as a “full kitchen”. No trash can in the room and informed that dirty towels must be hand carried to the front desk for exchange. Within you “guest services” it’s advertised that towels are changed upon request as well as daily housekeeping. No evidence of any cleaning and when I took dirty towels for exchange as instructed, was told towels must be wet with no signs of soiling. One towel had evidence of not being well cleaned and this policy seems very subjective and left to the interpretation of each staff member. I have retained the towel and took photos to show what staff members deemed as soiled. Your standards of cleanliness/upkeep are unsatisfactory and what was asked of me as a guest regarding towel exchange/inspection has made my likelihood to return in the future very unlikely

Our room was in a back builfing that was shared with some sort of medical sleep lab? The room was not updated at all. The ceiling had been painted over so many times you could see how thick it was. It smelled old and smoky. Was not impressed for the money i spent!

I kind of likesmd the retro room furniture but housekeeping are like ghosts. I dont mind taking out my own trash but at least drop a roll of toilet paper or tissue at the door let me knoe housekeepers exist😊

The front desk lady was extremely nice and accommodating, however the facilities are run down and not clean. There were no pots or pans to cook in, even though there was a full kitchen. There were 2 bowls, 2 small plates, 1 large plate and 1 coffee cup for a room that could sleep 6.
The carpets were gross with stains all over, the couch had a large stain and smelled like urine. The bathroom floor felt like it would cave in at any moment and the refrigerator handle was missing.
This is definitely not a place I would choose to stay in again.

The door had been kicked in on the room I was to stay in----I refused to stay there----just thinking of that violent moment made me nervous. It looked like it had poorly been repaired so that a re-entry without a key could easily happen at any time. The security bolt on the inside was also missing completely.
