Good value and location. We have stayed here several times in the same room type and there are inconsistencies between the rooms. The inconsistencies involved general room condition, the TV channels, the HVAC units and cleanliness.

The room was ok. The hearing unit was loud. The microwave handle had duct tape on it so we were afraid to use it. When you pulled on the handle it would turn the microwave on.

I usually stay here for work but the last two times my rooms were not very clean and falling apart. When I tried to tell the person at the desk, the response I got was that the owners were waiting on budget for renovations and basically nothing will be fixed or done about any of it so I will not be wasting my time or money at this hotel. Love the studio apartment type room with a full kitchen and full size fridge. Bed was nice, clean and comfortable. Nice spacious bathroom also.

This property was very clean with one exception. There was black mold growing behind the added ventilation on the AC/Heater. Air flow was very weak from this unit as well. Paint was peeling from ceiling from what looked to be previous water leak.

Don't be deceived by the area or exterior, this is the NASTIEST place I've ever stayed and I've been a frequent traveler for years now. Not only were there dead roaches, there was also body fluid on the walls, hair and dirt on the floor, clothing tags, etc. They just made the bed, cleaned the toilet, and that's it. The hotels.com reviews were great so we booked, but check Google because they're awful. I had a hard time getting a refund. They'll respond and say they're 'addressing the concerns' but they're not. They didn't even care they had roaches when I said something?? Instead, the manager complained about having to remake the bed after we checked for bugs.

Safe location within a corporate / commercial business park area with several dining options, grocery store nearby. Room could use a little love with better cleaning and furniture was worn and air musty. This was rated as a budget, extended stay hotel, so no surprises. Many contractors staying there during the work week. Ok stay for the price. I chose this hotel as it was pet friendly, larger suite /mini apartment and close to Nashville.

Lots of dining and shopping within a mile walk, but all restaurants close by 10pm. If you’re arriving late, you should grab food before checking in. Our room was fine except smelled strongly of pot smoke.
