Excellent experience overall! We loved the location and the hotel was newer and clean. A bit bummed to have to pay an additional fee per-night for parking and there definitely seems to be something off about the pool. The pool room chemicals in the air burned our eyes so badly we couldn’t stand it more than an hour, just sitting poolside, and the children were all coughing after being in for <30 minutes. There were two air purifiers in there, which did not seem to be helping the air quality at all, but something seems off about the ventilation in there.

We only stayed for a night but it was so nice! The hotel staff was so nice especially the person who checked us in the room was very true to picture very clean the breakfast was very good had a lot of options very eco friendly!

The hotel was great, room was nice. The only complaint was the entry to their parking garage. It was a steep downhill with a wall at the bottom, which was a little scary being wintertime with icy roads.

My last stay in Kansas City at a different hotel was not the greatest. Me and my husband chose this one just for the fact that it already looked nicer room wise compared to the last hotel. Everything is gorgeous and room is bigger than expected. My only frustration is that I’m here getting check ups for my cancer and I had booked a 2 bed bedroom nothing special. We had some last minute changes to people coming day of (one of my kids couldn’t make it in time) and I had no help from the front desk at all on just a simple room change.
