The building is under renovation. Our room was very old Cracked tiles in bathroom. Nice staff and entrance.

We had a great stay over Christmas. We loved: the kitchenette, the gym, the FREE, wonderful washers/dryers, breakfast and evening (some) snacks, back road to Market and Asian market, and friendly helpful staff. Our suite was fresh and clean. We had a very nice stay. Happy New Year and many thanks.

This property was horrible! My daughter and I arrived and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up just to check us in. The elevator is being held together on the inside by duck tape. The breakfast area was dirty with what looked like animal droppings. The pictures do not match the actual hotel. Our lock was broken and we felt very unsafe. We left immediately and didn’t even stay the night.

I have stayed in this hotel many times around 2005. At that time it was gorgeous. Now, despite the internal re-decorating, things are down to simplistic and wearing off. The central air conditioning is way too loud as is the fridge. The hidden parts of door frames had some dirt and stains, carpet slightly smells and the walls have screw holes from something that was attached there previously. Couch and the beds are worn. Yet, it’s not terrible. I’d say it’s quite fair. If you are just to sleep overnight this should do. And where else would you find actual suits with multiple bedrooms for moderate price? - this is the primary reason I have booked this one.

Very nice just no pool

Quiet, spacious room with kitchen, great service from staff, good hot cold breakfast, and a small dinner reception 3 times a week. Near shopping and grocery store. Loved it.

It was great.

Delicious breakfast served every morning. Evening appetizers were also provided which was an added treat that wasn’t expected. Staff was very friendly.

Could use a little updating, but otherwise very good staff and location.

Good price

The room was nice and felt clean overall but there was someone else’s hair in the tub and kitchen when we arrived , the bathroom had a problem but on the bright side they sent someone up to take care of it right away when I called

Gary is the best. He is the only one during the night shift helped late check in and filled all guests requests. He is very patient, friendly and pleasant. Room#403 needs some repair- bathroom sink was clotted and leaking, carpet has stained

Could have been nicer for the nightly fee

Needs to be remodeled , elevators, carpet, wall paint , paper Needs better food choices as compared to Staybridge , need better bowls, better tea choices Ac noise is high, old equipment Kitchen does not have good and enough cutlery and items

Very clean rooms. Not far from salem and Boston

Its excess my expectations. My family really like our stay here. I highly recommend this Hotel. I couldn't say more cos there are too much to put. I would stay here again and again and again. I will give them 10 star if there is an option but the option only 5. Love it.. fantastic
