I would stay here again without Question!

The employee at the desk refuse me to check in because it was late, I had a prepaid reservation and had car problems on the road as I was coming into town. Was very rude when I called to inform hotel that I would still be arriving to check in. Was told I would be charged extra fees and that it was too late to check into my reservation . I am requesting a full refund to my account . Thank you

They charge extra money

They charge me extra $18 that’s not fair it’s not even worth it

I didn’t appreciate having to pay another $15 fee cause I booked through a 3rd party. I didnt mind paying the $50 deposit but since I paid with a credit card I have to wait a few days to get it back? Sure was quick to pull it out of my account. Toilet seat doesn’t stay up. Tv was messed up. Would not recommend this place at all

The breakfast was minimal and was not fresh and I initially received a room that was smelling bad and then they accommodated me into a better room after checking.

owner and employees are thieves. they want you to book through them so they charge you $13 extra each day you stay just because you use 3 rd party.also its no refund so if you have ANY issues he will accuse you of causing the issue and then kick you out.

Do not stay in this property. I repeat, DONOT book this property. They will extort you and disrespect you. I had the worst experience of my life staying here for 4 nights to attend my graduation. I booked paid on expedia to stay here from thursday to Monday. I arrived Friday early morning to checkin. They asked for security deposit which i gave cash. Then they said they'd charge extra 15usd per night because i booked on expedia. I have never heard of such. This information was not written anywhere on their listing on expedia or even on their website. I reached out to expedia who called them, then they agreed to waive it. Unknown to me, they already decide to not return my 50usd deposit. Couple with the fact that i had a terrible experience with the management, one of which is named "Sonny", the property smells like smoke and the rugs smells like its never been washed. Early morning on Monday, i was ready to checkout. Met Sonny at the lobby, i handed him the room key. He refused to return my deposit on the excuse that a used face towel was dirty. He called the police to threaten me and i had to leave becaise i had a flight to catch that morning. I have informed the expedia to retrieve my deposit from them and i hope they will do the needful. This is my personal experience and i can only warn you not to go warn this property. They trick people into booking online only to request for more money on your arrival. Be safe y'all.

Staff tried to charge for unexplained thing, for example I paid for my room through Expedia, but they charged me for surcharge, which I didn't expect, and they charge for early checking, late checking out,this room cost me like I stayed at 5 star hotel

Wasnt allowed to check in. Hotel listed as pet friendly but they do not allow pets

Manager was rude and insisted that I pay for another day before I leave to go to the hospital to see my daughter. I checked in after midnight and had to go to the hospital about 8 am and he asked me what time would I return? I stated, I was unsure 🤔. But I Did have a cash deposit put up and my husband was still in the room. I also let him know that I would take care of it when I return. But he insisted that I had to pay before I left!!! I feel like that was totally out of line... I felt that he also done that because we're from out of state... He made us feel uncomfortable 😣, needless to say after paying for the second night we Did Not Stay!!! And We were refused are money back...
