Hotel staff were top notch. Valet was great untill i got my truck in the morning and relized they un hooked my tonneau cover to take my 2 camp chairs out of the bed to pit them inside the truck. This happened agter i already told them they were fine were they were

Please don’t book this hotel,it’s our fault that we rely on the images that’s on expedia but it’s not real,when we asked the front desk why is it different on the picture that what we got which is superior they just said ahhh we don’t know.it’s very old,very dirty.I don’t even wanna use their towels.We wanna check out as soon as we got in the room but they don’t wanna give us our refund so we don’t have a choice but to stay.We never enjoy our vacation that much because of the hotel

Well your room looks like something from the 80s and the TV was simple I'm surprised it had a clicker. We didn't even get the bruins game one day.

Booked on Expedia and was charged additional because they said Expedia is a third party site and didn’t charge a “ destination tax “ . Why would Expedia give me a rate and it not be the real rate. Also, the room next to us had a domestic despute so bad I had to call hotel security because of the cursing , screaming , loud noises all while my two year old was trying to sleep.

Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The staff quickly moved us to a new room. Only one ice machine on a separate floor that did not work.

You can not beat the location of this property in the middle of so much. The room was standard - the bathroom area was beautiful. Was clean. We got hungry in the middle of the night and wanted a snack and was bummed there was no vending machine. Also when we checked in the person who checked us in didn’t say one word besides last name - and then just handed us our room key - but we did valet park and the man who took care of our car and valet was soooooo nice - I think his name was Steve but what a pleasure. Anyway would probably stay here again because location was perfect.

Not have a small refrigerator in the room was a pain specially when you have a baby and need to keep cold their milk.
A microwave would’ve been helpful as well.

It was Christmas in Boston and everything was decorated soo nicely - very enchanting - had a small balcony that had views of Fanueil Hall Market Place and carolers there singing - was like a hallmark movie ! Highly reccomend this beautiful spot !
