It was amazing! It was very easy to find, right off the main road. The clerk at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Couldn’t have ask for a better stay. The only thing is the walls are very thin so you can hear everything, not any noise from outside but your neighbors. I will definitely be staying here next time I come up!

Customer Service was great! It was definitely a clean facility and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Our tv did not work, but we were not there to watch TV so we did not tell someone.

The pool area and and staff was great! Our room though wasnt great. It wasnt clean the floors was nasty and the shower was half broken. There was a coffee filter from the people before us in there and the fridge had someone else’s food in it. Seemed it needs a lot of repairs. Our light kept shutting off. The doors were heavy and would slam leaving us with barley and rest after a long journey there. Our neighbors were so loud and kept slamming the doors. No microwave in the room or hairdryer. We ended up leaving a day earlier. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. Disappointing.

It was noisy and hard to sleep. Some bathroom issues need to be addressed. Understaffed - no one answers the phone, and no one there when I arrived after 3. Had to go away & come back later.

First off , I had two rooms and only one was”ready”. We left had dinner and the other room was ready. The one room , floor was dirty, someone’s bathing suit and used towel were in the bathroom and tv did not work. The carpeting all around the hotel was not vacuumed. The breakfast was not well stocked and twice I went to the desk and no one was there. I also checked when reserving on the website , to pay at hotel. We had two different couples paying for each their own room and they changed both rooms to one card. Saying it was hotels.com fault.

We had the time of our lives here. Immediately attentive staff. Very kind and welcoming and the food and conversation areas as well as the parking lot and stairs were clean and clear. I’ve never felt more safe than I have at this specific hotel. It has been my second time staying here and both times were equally awesome. You can see the employees try so hard to give their guests a pleasant stay. It is beyond a job well done and believe me…I am very picky. Planning another family trip here again soon! It’s worth it!

We were not given the room we booked, needed to get a manager and then their manager to change rooms to what we paid for. They began with it being a Travelocity issue but after 20-30 minutes we had the room we booked, Room was very nice and as shown on web site.

The property was clean, service was fair too little staff @ check-in. Very small TV in the room, couldn't see it from the beds clearly
There was no microwave in the room which had a refrigerator, sink & table which was called considered a suite.
