A terrific price for a 3 bdrm suite. Spacious with a water park and heated lazy river. Laundry in suite was convenient, and kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishes. Excellent customer service. Only negative was lack of room service.

It’s our fourth time at this resort. We enjoy it every time, we love the pools, water park and lazy river. The resort is very clean and convenient for our big family with the full kitchen. We will definitely be back. The only downside this time we stayed for a week and the waterpark was closed for 3 days due to rain, otherwise it’s an excellent resort!!!

This is regarding our stay from Jan 7 to Jan 12 2025 - Our room number was 3525
We arrived on the 7th. On the morning of the 8th we were moved to another room because our original room was next to your game room and the noise level was much too high The next room we were sent to had a broken door operator. Rather than move us immediately, you sent technicians to try and fix it. When fixing it would not work, they attempted to replace the door handle all together. This took hours to complete and when it was done, it still did not work. We did not feel comfortable leaving our room with the door unlocked so we lost half a day waiting around
I went downstairs and spoke to the manager Jeff. He apologized for the many inconveniences and offered us a hotels.com credit. He also personally went to find another room for us.The next few nights their room keys would not work so anytime we’d leave and come back to our room, we’d have to wait a long time for security to come open the door. Imagine waiting in the hall way for 30 minutes with two kids crying for the bathroom
It's now been over two weeks and I have yet to receive any credit. I have spoken to hotels.com many times. They have tried to reach out to Grove management (Jeff in particular) many times with no success. I called the hotel but they just leave you on hold
At this point I feel I was lied to and it's not a good feeling to have. It's not even about the credit at this point.
No apology. No credit. No empathy. Shame

The space was adequate to accommodate our group size. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The grounds were pretty and nicely kept.
The first day I took a shower, I could not get enough hot water. The water was warm. There were not enough towels to accommodate the number of people that it slept. The dryer did not dry the clothes. We had a TV in our bedroom but no remote. We found the remote in the livingroom worked but that didn't help if someone was watching TV there at the same time. Honestly for what we paid i would have expected something a little better. There is definitely room for improvement. Because of this I gave it an average rating.

It’s our fourth time at this resort. We enjoy it every time, we love the pools, water park and lazy river. The resort is very clean and convenient for our big family with the full kitchen. Great spot! We stayed here before and we really enjoy the staff and the property. The check-in was a bit frustrating because we used Expedia. Somehow our reservation didn't come through and took awhile (45 minutes) to get checked-in.

We booked this property because it seemed very convenient for getting to and from the Disney World parks. However, it ended up costing $30-$40 each way for Uber rides as the theme park transportation the hotel claimed to offer only left around 11 AM and returned at approximately 7:45 PM, which doesn’t work if you want to spend the entire day at the parks. There was a shuttle that left at 10:45 PM from Epcot, but that doesn’t work during the week when the parks were all closed by 9 PM. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this in advance. Additionally, when I tried to check the shuttle times on the hotel’s website, I encountered an error message stating that the page didn’t exist, so I couldn’t verify the information beforehand. Lastly, while the full kitchen was nice, it was poorly equipped for actual cooking—there was only one pan and one baking tray provided.

The room was in their new building, The Terraces, but was pretty dirty. There were fingerptints on the sink and other appliances. We found chocolate and candy folded up in the hide away bed in the couch. The water park was only open until 5, so we didn't get a chance to check it out. Expedia said all taxes and fees were included, but we're charged $50 a night for "incidentals." The night we arrived, there was a business party/dinner and the food setup was right in the door and a sign stating that we weren't able to pass through, "sorry for the inconvenience." It was the only way we knew to get to the elevator. There were tons of people on the deck area outside and they blocked the only way we knew how to get out to the pool and hot tub. I overheard a few people asking why we were at their dinner, when all we wanted to do was comfortably pass through to the pool that we paid to use. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The environment was not inviting and made for a pretty crappy experience overall.

The staff at the Terraces building made check-in very difficult, taking about an hour and a half when there was no line. When I came to check in, no one was at the desk and I had to call security to page someone as I had been waiting 30 mins already. Then, I couldn’t get my key since the system was down. The following morning, the system was still down but I got my key.

It was just ok. Got moved from one room to another almost two hours after we checked in because apparently our room was not cleaned which is not ok. Bath towels had long black hairs in them… so gross. After telling the staff that we had been traveling since 3 am, everyone was exhausted and just wanted to sleep they moved us to a room by the pools and bar which was so loud. We didn’t get to sleep until after 11 when the pool closes, which they make it abundantly clear that it’s closing, with an announcement over a PA system that all of Lake Buena Vista can hear. At check out it said I owed $50 extra dollars for the resort fee which I had already paid. Front desk adjusted which was great, but just another inconvenience. Room was spacious and would be great for family’s. Overall this was not the experience I wanted for my daughter’s birthday and our first night on vacation. The resort did offer voucher for dinner as a compensation for the room situation.

When arrived, keys weren’t available. We had to wait for security to open and keys were given nw t day. Expedia price when booked was one price and when check out was different. Although Kiara was nice at the front desk it gave us much discomfort to go at customer service. A false alarm also went off early in the morning and it was very annoying.

We did not stay at the Grove. We were in the new section down the road from the Grove. Next time we book we will request staying in the Grove. We had to leave the building & go to the Grove .
