I went into the room and immefeately returned my room card and said i would not be staying i felt the room was unsafe and mostly likely had issues i rather not deal with

We have used other similar priced properties for night stays before cruise. This was the best one….clean and quiet during the night. I am 70 and the wife is 65….i have full time afib but walked to the ship with our 40lb suitcase in about 20 minutes … it’s all downhill. There was a nice basic Mexican restraunt wiyhin a 10 min walk and a groceries stir within a 2 minute walk. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags with the office and they had our room ready on time. Super nice owner /manager with lots of great info. We are staying here next time for sure

Excellent place to stay before a cruise! Location was great. Water was hot! Very clean. Room was roomy. No free shuttle to port (same price as uber) Will def stay here again if we leave from this port!

We picked this location because it was near our cruise port. The stay was fine. Nothing write home about. Although we did love that it was walking distance to the charming downtown area. The room is recently updated and property is well kept. The bed was too firm for my liking. The door was not sealed. I could hear all the traffic, other guests coming and going and all their conversations. You could also smell cigarette and web smoke from other guest on the balcony even thought all the windows and doors were closed.

All good but room on 2nd floor was very noisy.

A very positive experience. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me suggestions or where to eat and where the closest ATMs were. The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely come back again.

Sam the manager / owner was very helpful on questions and suggestion about dining establishments in the area and nearby shopping. Very approachable, I would come back.

This is an old-fashioned style motel with parking in front. I was able to check in several hours before the official hour for which I was very grateful. My room has been completely updated and feels very contemporary. The AC and heater combo is quite noisy. No breakfast. I was told there’s a good café two block south. My room has a medium size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. No lobby. At registration I talked through a window with tinting glass. The glass was dark so I could not see the clerk at all. It was like I was talking to a black wall. The clerk was friendly and efficient. Parking lot was restriped with fresh paint today and looks very pristine. My door has multiple levels of locks, but only one really works. It seems good enough, but it’s puzzling why the old locks are still in place. My room is clean and tidy, but the floor threshold between my room and the outdoor space is very dirty. The city bus #950 stops very near the hotel.

Good for the night

the room was clean, no carpets, bare bones. I couldn't figure out the air conditioner, it seemed backwards to the normal way to turn heat on and air on. bed was under the curtain, which was a strange way to sleep with curtains on your head. it's ok for a quick overnight, not for long term stay.

Price was good and the rooms were faultlessly clean. Surrounding area is a bit rough but it's walking distance to good restaurants.

This hotel is a Hidden gem in San Pedro. They got a room with 3 beds! It's cheap, convenient and clean. Service is top notch. It also has parking!! Internet was free with netflix on Tv! I'm staying here next time I'm in San Pedro!

Clean rooms and great service

The beds were top notch and you can tell they fixed up the rooms. Area around wasn’t too nice but the people that run it were pleasant
