The hotel is in a nice quiet area. It's near the Oakland Airport and they offer shuttle service which is nice.The staff was kind and helpful when I needed questions answered. There was continental breakfast available, there's a golf course nearby that you can pay for breakfast at, if you want better options. There's also a restaurant in the same parking lot for dinner options, I'm not sure if they're open for lunch. I will definitely stay there again, if I'm in the area.

Great hotel even though a bit dated, very clean room with comfy bedding and thick bath towels. The only thing disappointing was the hotel shuttle was not in service and ended up paying for a taxi from OAK airport. The front desk staff was very professional and accommodating.

Airplane noise but biggest disappointment was that the marina is shutdown and has been for 2 years. I looking forward to see it. I realize the hotel dies not control but they should post the info and remove pictures of marina as it was.

We came to town for the holidays. This hotel was perfect for us. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Clean hotel with wonderful holiday decorations in the lobby. Wonderful area to take walks along the marina at sunset.

From some of the reviews I had seen I didn’t have high hopes for this place to be honest. It was a lot nicer than expected. Check in was easy, there is a fee for parking that was unaware of but paid it since I really didn’t have any other choice. Rooms were nice and quiet I couldn’t hear people in rooms next to me. Very rarely could I hear people walking above but over all I loved the stay there. I felt safe especially traveling as a single pregnant female, I would definitely stay again.

I can say that the property always be immaculate. It is always clean when I visit. I have stayed here many times. This is like the fifth or sixth time the breakfast is totally different. They have some type of penitentiary type breakfast. It is not the Belgian waffles that I’m used to with the toppings no creamer for the coffee. No syrup for the extremely gross waffles that come in a pantry package The staff was a little bit rude, it’s a newer staff, a little rude towards my children I paid for 8 guests only 6 came but I’m glad of that being they would only put like two packs of oatmeal out at a time use to be fresh breakfast not instant no adjoining rooms like previous stay but next to each other I won’t visit again but it’s clean

Friendly helpful front desk staff. Nice clean rooms and nice places to walk around outside. They used to have a better breakfast and now most everything is premade and wrapped in celophane. But the dining area is clean and lovely.

We've stayed here a couple of times before but disappointed this time that they don't have the hot breakfast anymore. Also, they charge $18 for parking. I asked and the front desk person said these changes started after pandemic. Not good.

This is a nice motel i stayed for 8 days no problems whatsoever . The view of the Marina is nice to bad it's not open. if you like to golf there's a very nice course next door. The 18 dollar parking fee is high it probably put in place when the Marina was open. But i would stay there again

I booked this hotel by searching SFO (SF International Airport) with free airport shuttle service. Upon my arrival, I was told they only pickup at its local airport not SFO! This is a cheating! I ended up booking a rental car, paying for tool plus $18 parking fee, and drove for more than 1 hour in traffic (more than 30 miles away).
