Huge heated pool overlooking the lake beach. Overall a pretty cool spot that I’m guessing was the happening spot in it’s hay day.

This place was very convenient and absolutely awesome my only complaint is it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, the staff was excellent very accommodate accommodating the dining was unbelievably great very friendly staff and the views are breathtaking

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel but we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathtub was dirty with several hairs in the tub. The beds were not comfortable either but the water access and beach area made up for the lack of cleanliness of the room.

Aside from rooms being a bit outdated, i really can't say anything bad. The staff was welcoming, views were amazing and the onsite restaurant was the highlight. The food was amazing. The hotel location was close to everything. My 1st time in Lake Havasu and im glad it was here.

Not a good value for dollars spent. Resort fees to cover coffee in the room & pool towels among others, Maybe a better value if we were using the boat dock? The room was not well maintained; the shower was very difficult to turn on and turn to correct temp, problems with the TV remote. We expected a more. That said, the view of the lake & mountains was incredible. The location was great. The grounds were very nice.

We loved being able to launch our boat every day from the launch ramp on property. The hotel is what you would expect at a lake. We had horrible water pressure in our shower and was told that it is just like that.
