I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with its elegant decor and luxurious amenities making it a true gem in the heart of the city
What really set my stay apart, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Brenda and Harold, in particular, were standout employees who made me feel welcome and valued throughout my visit. Their professionalism and friendliness were unparalleled, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect
Every member of the staff I encountered was equally impressive. They all displayed a high level of professionalism and a genuine friendliness that made me feel right at home. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, everyone was attentive and eager to assist in any way possible

The bathroom was disappointing for a king suite. We had to ask for bathrobes. The room had cobwebs above the bed. Love the Chase but could be a lot better. We like to stay in the CWE to support the diversity. The young female bartender was amazing. Don’t know her name but she was awesome!

The historical atmosphere was a Charm but don't expect modern accessories, like a jacuzzi tub, microwave, plugs with phone charging or warm water without waiting 15 minutes when you upgrade to a king suit.
