We came here several months ago to relax and get away from our life’s problems and it worked! We stayed the whole day and night at the swim up bar and next day hung out at the music restaurant that had a warm, cozy atmosphere and amazing music and friendly patrons and bartenders. Highly recommend!

The room was ok, definitely shows its age. The room was clean but the hot water was non existent and door to the balcony didn’t latch. The property is pretty but definitely not as nice as it probably once was

Love staying at the San Luis every year with my family at Christmas time. I do think it’s time for them to remodel or upgrade their rooms. You pay a pretty penny to stay there and many things in the rooms need work. LOVE the atmosphere, staff is incredible, and we look forward to our stay every year.

The property is beautiful. We love staying a night and having several dining choices without having to leave the hotel. The food is always good and the staff are always top notch.
The only thing I don’t like is there isn’t a convenient place to plug in electronics by the bed at night. The outlet is behind the bed.

The room, ocean view and resort was perfect.
From early check-in with Van, who was very helpful and friendly to a late checkout, it exceeded my expectations. The winter time pool temperature was surprisingly warm which I appreciated. I will return!

Amazing! Marc Anthony at the front desk was awesome, attentive, courteous, and genuine. Melvin, the bartender at Bar San Luis was equally amazing. We enjoyed the VIP package and the view from the room and balcony was amazing. Yeah....everything was amazing. I treated my wife and mother-in-law to a much needed weekend. They enjoyed tbemswlves . 🙏❤️
It was all decked out for Christmas. The whole hotel smells like a spa.
