The Singer Oceanfront Resort Curio Collection by Hilton

This property was in excellent shape. The staff was very accommodating. Very clean. The ocean front was perfect

We had called and requested early check in and they said they would call when room was ready. Check in was at 4. We never received a phone call and showed up at 4. We were told they had no rooms available yet.. it would be at least another 40 min. This was unacceptable to us.. they said we could go enjoy hotel. We had plans but when to have a drink while we waited.. no call.. I went to front desk at about 5:15 and there was people checking in and getting room bands.. I went to check in and they said yea let me check and had a room.. I’ve never had to wait past check in for my room.. we got to room and our balcony was flooded with water as well as that side of the carpet in the room! As frustrated as we were we didn’t have time to switch.. it was damp and very frustrating.. watch the bill as they automatically charge 18% to your checks..for what we paid for this it’s unacceptable.. I will look elsewhere next time. It’s a shame it was a decent hotel, rooms were very tight and no place to set luggage in room.

Very mediocre for the price When we tried to add a night we were confirmed by telephone and then when we got there we were told “no room “. We were then given after a long wait that we could have a lesser room Neither of the rooms provided bathroom amenities (soap, tissues, or coffee supplies). The only supplies were those in the shower

I think for a Hilton the amenities were very limited. There was no business center. You had to pay for parking on self parking, which was $25 along with resort fee and taxes overpriced for what you got.

Was pleasant for one night.

We were visiting Palm Beach but wanted a hotel with beach access. Worth the drive! Didn't feel the parking cost was necessary (especially in January) but loved the sweet lady at the coffee shop every day, the hotel was newly updated and felt clean and the beach and pool were nice! Didn't love our (very partial) ocean view but beautiful none the less. (expedia booked the incorrect room for us and even though we are Hilton members they did not upgrade. Will make sure to book through Hilton next time.) All in all a really nice hotel for the area!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience

Enjoyed the easy beach access. Rooms were nice and updated. First room I was put in that was "ocean view" overlooked the roof of the hotel and could barely see ocean. When I moved rooms to the side that faces the pool, the view was much nicer with the pool and the ocean.

It was fine for the price. The restaurant was pricing.

Amazing staying! Good restaurants and good atmosphere

Nice and clean property. Caretta Caretta dining was great and food was delicious. Beach chairs, umbrella and reusable water bottles were a nice touch.

Room was right next to roof top commercial air conditioner that ran loudly nonstop so I couldn’t sleep well or enjoy the balcony. Room air conditioner in ceiling also was causing vibration noise so cover rattled every time it went on.

Singer was great, I truly appreciate front desk clerk Jon for his assistance. The food was uppity, very expensive and not good. The room and the experience was second to none. When in WPB i will definitely stay again.

I love this hotel. It is low key and has everything ypu need!! No pretentiousness and STUNNING beach.
