Great neighborhood! Walkable. Nice enough bar. Craig was our favorite bartender. Small coffee shop on the motor lobby floor - very nice women with great attitudes! Just 20 min from downtown.

The stay was very comfortable and amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The valet parking staff and the front desk staff was particularly very nice and professional. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to others.

Inept leadership. Booked and paid for a double queen and was given a king. It was myself and another in my party so this wouldn’t work. The front desk said they had sold out of the room even though I had already paid for the room which was available. The manager recommended that my guest sleep on the couch in the room which was an unacceptable solution. I asked for a credit for the inconvenience since the room I paid for was not given to me. The manager said no. I’m a Bonvoy member and I would not recommend the Bonvoy membership, this Westin, or any other Marriott property. There are too many other hotel chains that are willing to actually give you what you pay for.
