Getting on the wi-fi is deliberately confusing and tries to force you into joining Bonvoy. To not join Bonvoy it tricks you into paying for the upgraded wifi option

The room was excellent, with 2 burners, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Everything was like new. The only thing that was really bad was the mattress on the sofa bed, so if there are more than two people, I recommend choosing the two-bed option, which unfortunately was not available. At the reception, they offered us two additional bedspreads, but unfortunately they did not help much. The breakfast was very good, waffles, eggs, sausages, bread, muffins, yogurt, cereal, coffee, etc.

We did not have power, they had no power for 2 days. Tried to contact expedia but was unsuccessful. While i was waiting they got power so i checked in then around 330 am i woke up and no power . I was on 4th in a pitch black room. I fell off the bed trying to get to my phone and it was dead . I called the operator and they couldn't do anything . I am requesting a refund. Its against code. The elevator was not working . They only had a light down in the main entrance and a small loud generator .
No breakfast was served , just dry bagels . I am very disappointed. Requesting a refund please .

Conveniently located hotel. Nice rooms. It was right after blockout from the hurricane Milton, so we had to ask for supplies in the room otherwise it was good
