I loved the layout. It was perfectly situated and there was a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was cozy, but we did get the loud noise from the room next door since it was not late in the evening, we did not say anything. Breakfast was okay. We decided to come down a little later because there were large groups staying there.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and accommodating. The room was very spacious and had all the needed amenities and more. Would definitely stay here again for either business or leisure!

The room was so clean and came with so many amenities! The breakfast was good, but the service from the staff made it amazing. When I got to the breakfast room, I noticed that there wasn’t anymore waffle batter. I was kind of disappointed but when a staff noticed my dissatisfaction they went ahead and made some more batter and powered up the waffle maker. They weren’t bothered or annoyed at all. This will definitely be my go to hotel.

I did not like that the people above us were walking and running in their room. There is not any insulation so therefore it was super loud and we were unable to sleep.

The some of the staff was rude. The bathroom in the room was filthy and had some sort of stains on the floor. The stopper in the shower was also broken and wouldn't say up. However the actual room/bed was clean and comfortable.

We were in town for a family event. The room was nice and I loved having a sofa to sit on. The bed was pretty comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room perfect temp. We didn’t need the kitchenette but it was really nice. There was a really nice patio area out back with comfortable chairs and a fire table that was lit nightly. The pool was just beside this.
We did not use the breakfast as we ate with family but the breakfast area was really nice.

The hotel its self is clean. The bar that holds the shower curtain was on wrong so it basically just slide to the middle and water splashed out the two sides. The TV cable constantly disconnected and had to reset. Lastly the sausage that was served at breakfast was dry and tasted line it was recooked multiple times. The food in general was luke warm.

This is 2nd stay at TownPlace Suites in Waco. Both stays were great. This stay was greater because it was not triple digit heat. There are great dining options in walking distance to the hotel. The staff are always professional and courteous.
