Quiet, clean hotel with very helpful staff.

Comfortable stay with pet welcome. Not much charm.

Convenient location. Only thing I didn't like was the hard mattress.

We loved being able to bring our dogs and the staff was super accommodating finding us a spot on the first floor near an exit. Place looked brand new

Very clean and quiet. Near downtown so some interesting street activity but didn’t feel unsafe. Standard breakfast but well presented.

This hotel doesn’t mention that you have to pay $100 extra for each pet when advertising as pet friendly. So you pay for the room and then have to pay an extra $100 ‘fee’ for your pet. We have two small dogs so the hotel was $225 PLUS $200 for dogs. This hotel is not worth $425 per night. It’s a mediocre place and staff are unfriendly

Nice stay for being on that side of town

Very convenient location. Good breakfast. I used the fitness room two treadmills and a stair stepper but no bike or rowing machine. My only complaint- the wall heater was very loud at startup.

My stay was 11/9/2024. I will say that I enjoyed my time there and it was a very easy experience. It was a one day stay as I was in Olympia for a concert that night. All in all, I would stay there again. Check in was mid-day and easy. They were able to put me in a room at noon, when 3pm was the stated check-in time. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room I was in was a 1 bedroom suit, it was good size, clean, and just what I needed. The room amenities were in good shape and clean. One tip I will give is that the parking was almost completely full at 10:30pm when I got back from the concert. I think we found the last open spot on the property. However, there was street parking around the property and that had plenty of spots. As they only enforce that M-F 8am to 5pm, that would have been my backup.

I reserved a room with a King Bed, the front desk gal gave us an "Upgrade" to a suite but the bed was downsized to a Queen instead, I was not informed of that difference ahead of time. Considering it is a hotel it was odd that there was NO luggage racks, nowhere to put our bags while we we were there. The counter in the bathroom had very little space to use around the sink to place anything to use. The tap water was horrible, there was something in the building outside making it hard to sleep. Between lack of sleep and awefull water I did not feel very good the next morning. The water in the shower was too strong, like it was trying to beat you up. I would not stay there again.

It was extremely well cared for and the room was modern and had great amenities, fridge, hot plate, microwave, kitchen sink, working desk, couch with ottoman and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was well stocked and wonderful. The gym space was more than adequate. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Nice, quiet, conveniently located, friendly staff, super easy check in/out, the sheets and towels felt and smelled really clean. The only downgrade was the shower, it could use a little deeper clean.

Night shift front desk people were great! Very helpful and informative. It was quiet and clean. Only complaints is that parking is minimal and breakfast was making. Twice when we went to have the hot food nothing was made.
