This hotel allows pets. Unbenounced to us , we had barking dogs in the room next to us, the entire week. we also had loud guests outside our room door and in the room next to us partying until 4:00 am.

We have stayed here the last 5 years for an overnight before being able to get into our beach house for the week. This property has really gone downhill. It's not being updated at all. I will say that it is clean but needs a lot of maintenance done.

I had stains on my sheets stains that look like blood on the sheets and blanket. The area is racist ( if you’re black I would not recommend) I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable. I was scared to complain about the sheet due to feeling unsafe. Also I had to wait 2hrs to check in, I’m blessed and so thankful to be back home.

Noisy from road traffic not hotel itself. Our issue was housekeeping. Even though they clean after you leave they should still service room while there. Had to go get clean towels and toilet paper. Plus there was weed smell for a non smoking hotel. Also grab to go bag is not breakfast.

The "To Go" breakfasts are a huge disappointment - Really should just make a continental breakfast bar with to go containers you can do yourself
Basic bathroom needs are not available in every room. Our toilet had some issues and at night you had to talk to a person on a screen and then go searching for the tools you needed instead of them just being available to you in your room.
Not having someone at the desk and only available via tele screen Im not a huge fan of.
Overall decent hotel but few upgrades here and there are needed and would make it a very attractive hotel.
Screen doors would be a nice touch so you could sleep with the doors open at night

This is the second time Ive stayed at this hotel. Both times have been great. Its right across the street from a beach access, so within walking distance. I brought my two dogs and got a dog friendly room. Online it says they charge a dog fee, however when I checked in i wasnt charged a pet fee. They said there is no pet fee , as theyre pet friendly. MUCH better than another hotel that charged $20 per day, per dog. I didnt go to the pool, but it looked to be a nice pool.

I didn’t like the kiosk check in, particularly not being provided with a hard copy. When I ask a staff member behind the desk a question, she stated the person to ask that was not in.
The room was clean, however the property is in need of a refresh. The bathtub drain was surrounded by rust. The A/C was very noisy.
Breakfast was a bag with a fruit cup, a nutrigrain bar a a pack of cookies. Coffee and juice was available.
Proximity to the beach was great.

Didn’t know about computer check in-seemed weird to me
Requested towels online…never received any, went to desk to ask and was told Room 109 was “hospitality room” and to go get whatever I needed. That was ok, but would have been nice to know initially.
