This is my go to hotel when I work in Binghamton safe convenient and great access

The front desk person was very polite, respectful and courteous. The rooms r clean and adequate… certainly not fancy, but adequate. It was a bit difficult traveling on a busy highway and having to merge to the left lane to ultimately make a U-turn and merge to the other side of the highway which was also very busy in order to get to the hotel. (Of course that would depend from where you r coming from.)

A fire alarm went off at 11pm which disturbed my sleep. As I waited outside in the cold air, I got sick and felt worse the next day.

Check in and check out was quick. Lobby area was nice: coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar available: Room was average. Bathroom had mold in the shower and room floors left our feet black. Tv did not work: kept turning off every time we selected a channel. The most frustrating amenity was the breakfast. They were missing a lot of the labeled items, including the pancake machine. We had to leave the property to get breakfast because it was disappointing.

The place was beautiful. It was quiet, clean, and not a huge place where you would get lost. The lobby area is great with a lot of space to work, lounge around, and relax. I love the hot chocolate bar.
