The bed had a sheet metal frame and made a loud bang every time you got into bed. The room didn’t feel clean. Our dog sniffed the entire time.

The heating system didn't operate correctly. No heat in room when arrived with freezing temperature outside. Turned on heat and went for dinner and room warm when we returned. Turned temp down to sleep but had to get up a few hours later and turn heat off as heat kept blasting out. By morning it was cold again.

Travelled with a small dog. Ok for the night. Biggest complaint was lack of soap. One small bottle (1.5 oz) of body wash for showering for a room that could have had 4 occupants.

I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 points for cleanliness and quietness. The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel guests had not returned the luggage rack so we had to carry our things from parking lot to room which was hard as we are elderly. The room heater required getting up to turn on and off. They provide a breakfast and the price was good. Will request a first floor room next time.

My dog and I got a stark room. Metal barrier around mattress that got kicked every time you got on or off bed. Dog next door barked and set mine off, people in/out of rooms until 1 am and hallway was freezing cold for going in/out of room.TV channels were set for children. Sleepless night in Butte MT!
