The trash on the third floor by the elevator is overflowing the trashcan onto the floor almost in front of the elevator door. They say breakfast 6 AM to 9 AM but at 7:07 AM they didn’t even have it ready. No one knew what was going on? I came downstairs two different times. Couldn’t find anybody to help me with anything. Very unhappy.

I liked that it was quiet. I liked the smoke free room. Parking was close, but rather slippery in parking area. Bed was comfortable. Sheets had black smudge and a cigarette hole on one side, but bedding was clean.Only 2 towels. Refrigerator freezer was super thick with ice and only had 1 shelf. Carpeting had lint or something all over it. We came down for breakfast at 8:15 A.M. Barely warm scrambled eggs and sausage links were pretty much what was left other than some pre packaged mini bagels and apples. There was cooffe, but no tea or orange juice. I didn’t see any condiments for the bagels. Not the best experience, but have been to other Wyndhams in Marietta that were better. Lady at desk was friendly.

I got there around 8:00PM and my room was not ready. I did not have a floor bath matt or wash clothes and my room smelled musty.

Well check in time 3PM. Room notcready to after 4PM. Had 2 rooms reserved with 2 double beds for each room. Gave me 1double and one room with king bed. Which were adjoining rooms. But needed 2 beds for each room. The one room which was the doublededs, smell terrible from cigarette smoke which hotel non smoking. They then only had had to rooms left withbking bed in each on different floors. Never offered extra pull out bed to us. I sleft in desk chair over nigh

The whole place is under construction and is a mess. They first sent me to the third floor to a room that was totally destroyed stunk and had garbage in it. And there is no breakfast!

There is no breakfast as advertised. Or coffee. They have a coffee pot in the lobby area where you check in but there is always cold coffee in it.

There is not breakfast at the hotel. They are under renovations. I understand that makes it hard. But they have a coffee pot sitting in the lobby that never has hot coffee in it. If you’re not going to serve breakfast as advertised than you need to at least have hot coffee.

The room I bought from hotel.com was not available. I ordered one with a handicap roll in shower and the hotel doesn’t even have one. They gave us a room with a regular tub, said they were going to upgrade us to a handicap room, which also had a regular tub. Waste of time and money

Was given wrong room. Reserved king got 2 full beds. Rooms had no towels or eash clothes. Toiletries only partially full. No phone in room to call desk had to use cell phone. It took 30 min to get them. 10p men doing construction work kncked on our our door to look for a source of leak from another room .No breakfast provided as stated

It appeared that the building was in a college fight. Doors were busted, door handles were destroyed. The building was in very bad shape. It needs a whole lot of repairs. I had to even ask for towels. From what I understand is that it was just purchased by Wyndham. Personally, you shouldn't have allowed anyone to get a room there before repairs were complete.

Terrible! No one at the desk upon arrival. Construction everywhere. Checked room before bringing up bags. Terrible. Furniture was worn and splintered. No hot water in sinks. Stained bathtub. Door was scratched and look clawed. Dog barking continuously in next room. Construction guys running the front desk. Didn’t stay. No refund was given.
