I really liked this place because it was safe. The main thing we look for when we travel is if it’s safe and in a good area. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Overall had a great experience staying here.

Area not in the worst part but not in the best part. Elevators in the front were not working so if you were on any floor but the bottom floor you had to walk around to the other side of the hotel to have access to elevators that held 3 people max. No luggage carts if you have lots of luggage. No wifi as website states. Heater/ac would not work on automatic temp, you would have to manually turn on and turn off unit when you felt the room was at the temp you wanted it. Tub stopper broke, bed very low to the floor and uncomfortable. Only sheets provided, no other blankets. Mini fridge sits on the floor in the corner of the room. Poor lighting, all electrical outlets in the room and bathroom would not hold any plug in unless you taped the electronic device plug to the wall to hold it in.

The ceiling in the hallways were very low and the place looked run down. The lobby was nice but the rest of the hotel didn't match. No bottled water in the room. The bathroom door was very narrow and hard to get in and out even for people with average body frames.

The hotel was clean. However, it had almost no sign of activity.
All parking was in a worn-out-looking area with no lighting. Hotel overshadowed by massive freeway interchange.
Most elevators seemed to be out of service; the one that was most used had a sign of "8 people maximum" on the ground floor, and "3 people maximum" on the sixth floor.
No services within walking distance, or that could be walked to considering its location on an extremely busy Texas interstate frontage road. In-house restaurant open for limited hours for breakfast and lunch only.
Would be a good option if you planned to visit business or college near the hotel, or if there is an event planned there. Otherwise, not a top choice.

The overall experience with the hotel was not what was expected with that of a Wyndham Hotel. The cleanliness was terrible, the hallways and room smelled of weed, the elevator was unsafe, and we waited to check in for nearly 10 minutes with no answer. Ultimately, we had to call the desk and let it ring for a while before someone came and helped. Location was close to what we needed; however, the state of the hotel was not ideal. They charged a $50 deposit without disclosure of the cost and it was not worth over $300 for two nights.

The property is nothing like its advertised...light fixtures broken off the wall. The air conditioner was noisey af. Could hardly sleep. The air in the room felt mildewy. Parking lot is all tore up.
