There are a lot of cockroaches, the staff used insect spray but could not get rid of them. The cleaning staff was very disorderly when cleaning the room, affecting the rest of the guests in other rooms. The attitude of the female receptionist was very substandard.

I booked Bach Duong hotel but when I arrived to check in, the staff said the room lock was broken and took me to another hotel to check in. At first, I was ok, but when I got there, it was really bad. The room was damp and had a musty smell. But it was dark so I accepted it. At night, when I slept, I heard running and knocking on the door. Then I heard some kind of repair. It was really bad. I booked 2 rooms. Coincidentally, both rooms were broken. In the morning, I booked a car and heard the driver say that there was no way the lock could be broken and it wouldn't be fixed all day.
The experience was really bad. It was like hanging a goat's head and selling dog meat. The photo was taken for a hotel with a clean room. When the guest arrived, they would take them to another hotel to check in. So my experience is that if the hotel reports like that, you should cancel the room, get a refund, book another hotel, or at least check if the new room is the same as the photo on the app before accepting it.

The manager here is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and spacious, you can leave your belongings at the hotel while waiting to check in and when checking out you can also leave your belongings.

Thật ra để good ở đây là lễ tân và bác bảo vệ cực thân thiện , nói chung sau 2 đêm trải nghiệm thì mọi thứ đều ổn trừ việc phòng kh giống trong ảnh và hơi bụi một chút . Mong rằng khách sạn sẽ được cải thiện

Nhận phòng lúc khuya muộn do chuyến bay hị delay, mình có báo trước với khách sạn nhưng lúc đến thì lễ tân chỉ đưa thẻ của phòng, không hỗ trợ khách lấy vali lên sảnh, nhận phòng thì chưa được dọn, mùi rất hôi, đổi phòng khác thì toàn mùi thuốc lá dù trước đó đã note là lấy phòng không hút thuốc.

Overall cukup bagus, tapi untuk lantai paling atas, wifinya jelek tidak sampai ke kamar. Satu lagi tiba-tiba resepsionisnya ngetuk pintu menanyakan visa yang jelas kita indonesia bebas visa ke vietnam, perlu hotel man yang paham akan itu.
