The hotel is a bit old, no view but convenient location, most of the transportation is close, enthusiastic staff, early check-in support, extra hours are also reasonable

I booked a double bed for 6 people but I only received 1 double bed room, the remaining 2 single bed rooms. I asked the hotel staff if there was a room with 1 double bed for us to change, the hotel said that there would be an additional fee of 300k/room, while I paid on the app for more than 500k/room, they charged an additional 300k/room, so we rented 800k/room, a total of 600k/2 rooms, I asked the hotel and the hotel said that they received a refund on the app of 390k, the traveloka app charged a high fee, not them. While I asked to take a photo and send the price, they covered up the story and refused to send it. They reserved the room for tourists who did not book in advance, they charged 600k/double bed room. I am very disappointed with the hotel, I booked a room through the app and the hotel had the same situation. Traveloka should have a binding policy with the hotel, like this, no one wants to book through the app. while I booked a room at 7pm, drove down to VT at 11pm, the next morning at 12pm I checked out. The hotel should support customers so that they will come back next time, like this, I don't want to come back.

The security guard was enthusiastic, the hotel was clean, but I stayed in a family room. The hot water didn't come on. The air conditioner was old and not cool.

The hotel is in the center but extremely bad. Worse than a cheap motel room.
The room lights are not bright, broken; the bedside table socket is not plugged in, the phone to contact the reception is broken, the TV is broken, the remote is out of battery; the shower is broken, the ceiling is rusty like a slum. It is so irresponsible to sell such a room to customers
After being changed to a 3rd room which is smaller and has a less beautiful view and is not as airy as the room when booking the hotel, I was so tired that I stayed for a few days because I had already paid, even though the bed sheets were very dirty and smelly. I had to ask to change the bed sheets

The room I received had a broken air conditioner, a problem with the hot and cold water faucet, difficulty draining water, and especially the room support to fix the above problems was VERY slow and the attitude was not happy and perfunctory until I complained about the air conditioner problem for the second time, then they supported me to change to another room and said nothing more.

In the 5.0 era, check-in requires keeping the CCCD, it seems unreasonable, I don't understand what the hotel is thinking. The room image provided by the app is for illustration purposes only, the reality is not like that, the interior is old and degraded.

Hotel right on Hoang Hoa Tham street. Opposite there is a 24/24 convenience store and a famous brand cafe. A few hundred meters from Vung Tau flagpole area. Clean room, glass elevator. Room price is very reasonable. There is underground parking. However, the wifi is weak, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, difficult to use.

The hotel is ok, the location is very convenient, it's close to everywhere. The room is nice and stable, but the air conditioner sometimes makes noise, there's no dryer. But for that price and located in the center, it's ok. Will book again if I come to Vung Tau again👍

Khách sạn to,sạch sẽ, gần biển mà không hiểu vì sao có thể để cái chăn như này cho khách nằm, chăn mỏng, nhìn xơ xác lắm, còn thua nhà nghỉ luôn á trời, nước phòng tắm thì chảy yếu,nhất là cái vòi sen, tắm mà nước yếu quá luôn á. Kiến nghị khách sạn nên thay mấy cái chăn ạ.
