I booked a room with Deluxe Moutain view and very satisfied with this room, the location of the hotel is also quite good, the town center is about 10 minutes walk ... Nice hotel, large space and very reasonable decoration. King bed is very large and smooth, my baby loves it very much. The service here is also very oki, cute reception, affordable laundry, drinks in the room are also quite cheap. Only the pool and kitchen staff were grimacing a bit, not smiling at the guests. But generally in Sapa this price Bamboo is extremely reasonable. Will come back 👏👏👏

The hotel is nice, the room is quite spacious. If you arrive before check in time, there are facilities for taking a shower or freshen up and you can borrow towels too, complete with hot water for showering, hair dryer and small locker. The breakfast has many variations from fruits, pastries, pho, egg station, international food and many more. It's a shame I only stayed here for 1 night because if it was longer it would have been even better. The staff are friendly, especially the one who helped handle our suitcases before leaving, namely Julie

Going on a foggy day in town, although I couldn't fully see all the scenery around the hotel, the receptionist and security staff were all very friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic in supporting, Julie was so cute 😊😊

At first i was so curious about most of the reviews saying the staffs are enthusiastic. But after i reach then I understand. Ms. Julie was so welcoming, friendly AND enthusiasm explaining what to do n how to go here n there, and what so ever. She is a Gem for this company. From all the staffs, her English skill is another level. U can see she is the only one approaching all the guest in the lobby. U got beverage voucher any time u book the room. The breakfast was amazing. We rent a motorcycle from the hotel 130.000 with gas, but the bike was not tht good condition tho.. better confirm before. We booked Grand Deluxe with view ( can be for 3 persons ) coz it has 1 queen + 1 single bed. Bathroom with bathtub. Everything was found clean. definitely will be back again.

Had a great stayed.Everything on their page is exactly in reality. The breakfast is not tht huge but not tht small, but i can say it taste amazing. The staffs are so friendly, but among all, Ms. Julie is the best. She is a gem for this company. Her English skill and her enthusiasm was tremendous!! The only thing this hotel need to improve is their WIFI. Was soooo bad!! On & Off. I booked “grand deluxe with mountain view” ( was Rp.2,7 jutaan )i got the room on 2nd floor and the reception located on 4th floor. Unfortunately, my room wasn’t too “mountain view” more to roof view due to lower floor. Maybe u guys could ask higher floor (which i also mentioned on my booking). The breakfast from 7-9.30 am, so u better wakeup! fyi : becareful when booking difference between grand deluxe & deluxe only. U got a beverage voucher tht u can claim in the resto. Day 1 we were able to claim alcohol, but don’t know why the next voucher only juice/ tea coffee

Trải nghiệm thật tồi tệ của chuyến đi. 23h20 vẫn ầm ầm như ngoài chợ. Ngay tối đầu tiên nhận phòng, đi đường quá mệt mà không được nghỉ ngơi. Sau khi phản ánh bên khách sạn đã hỗ trợ đổi phòng đổi tầng.năm sau lên sapa vẫn tiếp tục đặt phòng tại bambo
