Very bad! Contacted 3 staff phone numbers to ask for check-in but no one supported, one person passed it to another, I paid in full from the time of booking until the day I contacted to ask how to check-in but was not supported with instructions for checking in so I gave up and did not stay anymore and went to Nikkko Saigon where I usually stay every time I return to SG. I have not stayed or experienced the service but the staff did not support customers in the first step like that, it was too bad and there is no need to experience it later. Never book again

The staff allowed me to check in very late, almost 5:00 pm. When I called the owner, the owner told the employee not to call me, but said he called me but I said the wrong number, clearly there was no missed call. When I came to check in, I was initially told that the 1-bedroom apartment was full, so I should arrange a 2-bedroom apartment but asked me not to go into the other room, I also agreed. The story did not end when I entered the room. At 15 minutes, the same employee called me and said he had the wrong room, so I changed to a 1-bedroom apartment. This shows that from the initial phone call arrangement to lying about room arrangements, delaying check-in and causing discomfort to guests with the customary two words of apology is letting go of the matter because of attitude. Sorry like I'm staying here. I really had a very bad experience with this place. If anyone books this place and meets a staff member named Quynh Nhu, please give me your feedback.

2 hours after checking in, the room hasn't been cleaned yet. It took nearly 3 hours to finish cleaning. Called to ask for the room number, the court number was also not given. In general, do not book a room like that again. Just book the hotel professionally

I booked this apartment a bit hastily because I have urgent business. However, I found this apartment to be lacking a lot of amenities. There is no dryer, the air conditioner remote runs out of battery, so I have to get a TV remote to replace it. The floor was dusty, so we had to clean it ourselves. I have contacted the owner to support but only received the ones seen until the day of return. In general, except for the bed, which has been changed and washed, I don't like anything. I also have direct feedback to the owner but it's only seen. In general, the location of the apartment is nice, there is a convenience store below, near landmark 81, ... but the service is not good. I probably won't be back because I don't want to clean the house myself
