Accommodation Policy & General Information in De' Tuva Resort Mui Ne
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.
Check-in/Check-out Time
Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:30 - 09:30.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Trẻ em dưới 8 tuổi: Miễn phí bữa sáng, không phụ thu khi ngủ chung giường với ba mẹ.
Trẻ em từ 8 đến dưới 12 tuổi: Phụ thu ăn sáng 238.000VND/đêm.
Trẻ em từ 12 tuổi trở lên: được tính như người lớn: 595.000VND/đêm (bao gồm ăn sáng và giường phụ)
Phụ thu nếu Quý Khách trả phòng trễ: + Sau 12h00 : 50% tiền phòng. + Từ 18h00 : 100% tiền phòng. (phụ thuộc vào tình trạng phòng trống và có sự thỏa thuận dồng ý của cả 2 bên)
Khách đến nhận phòng vui lòng đọc tên người đặt phòng hoặc mã booking và xuất trình thẻ CCCD/Hộ Chiếu và tên+năm sinh những người đi chung (bao gồm trẻ em), lễ tân sẽ giữ lại giấy tờ cho đến khi khách trả phòng.
Thời gian ăn sáng: 6.30 – 9.30, ăn sáng tại khu vực nhà hàng và không cần phiếu ăn sáng. - Quý khách vui lòng đọc số phòng khi đến khu vực ăn sáng.
Hồ bơi hoạt động từ 6.00 – 18:00. Quý khách vui lòng mang trang phục phù hợp khi sử dụng hồ bơi. Sau khung giờ trên quý khách vẫn có thể sử dụng hồ bơi nhưng sẽ không có người giám sát . Resort không khuyến khích khách hàng tắm hồ hoặc biển sau 18:00
Quý Khách vui lòng không hút thuốc, không mang thú cưng, không mang đồ ăn nặng mùi vào trong phòng, không sử dụng hay mua bán chất kích thích và chất cấm dưới mọi hình thức
Quý Khách vui lòng không mang loa kéo vào khu vực Resort sẽ phụ thu phí theo qui định của Resort, và quý khách vui lòng gửi tại lễ tân (không mang lên phòng)
