I had the most pleasant to stay hear. Good service and caring (especially from Mr. Thành - Hotel Receptionist). The room is very clean. There is a beautiful view from the hotel. Highly recommend!

Fivitel is very beautiful and clean. It is near Han River, you can observe colourful Dragon Bridge, Tran Thi Ly Bridge at night. Staff will pick you up at Airport and you will be experienced 30 minutes massage free. All service are very good. Receptionist, door man, car driver are very friendly and professional. I am very comfortable during 4 nights at Fivitel. Thank you!

The lobby looks old with no upgrades. But what I'm most afraid of is that the scent is too strong as soon as I step in and it hits my nose and causes a headache. You should change the scent to a lighter one

When I arrived, the hotel receptionist gave very enthusiastic advice. I chose a room with a very beautiful and poetic view of the Han River. The breakfast here was also very delicious and complete.

Khách sạn nhìn chung cũng tạm, sạch sẽ, vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện đi lại, view sông thoải mái, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Nhưng có vài điểm cần lưu ý cho mọi người khi đặt phòng. 1/ Thang máy không lên đến hồ bơi, phải đi bộ lên 1 lầu. Và bậc thang rất cao khó đi. 2/ Hồ bơi không được sạch, nước hơi đục. 3/ Buffet sáng cần cải thiện để đa dạng hơn sẽ tốt.

khách sạn ổn trong tầm giá, phục vụ đồ ăn sáng nhiều, đa dạng, bể bơi nhỏ nhưng đẹp và tắm thích lắm. chỉ có duy nhất 1 vấn đề là gia đình mình có con nhỏ, đã liên lạc trước với khách sạn xin hỗ trợ đổi phòng vì có 1 chút thay đổi về thời gian nghỉ lại nên mình bị mất phòng giường đôi mà phải chọn phòng 2 giường đơn, khách sạn đồng ý nâng hạng phòng cho mình nhưng đến lúc check in thì lại ns do khách quá đông hết phòng giường đôi nên không nâng được hạng phòng, nếu chọn phòng suite thì phải trả phí gần 1tr cho 2 đêm nghỉ, mình hơi thất vọng, còn lại thì phục vụ tốt, nhân viên niềm nở, gia đình mình cũng khá hài lòng

We choose this hotel for staying in danang city. A riverside 4 stars hotel. Everything is great so far. The view from our room and the pool is 100 points. Staff are excellent and helpful, specially Shinny at reception. He is the best

I feel the hotel quality is excellent. The room has a very nice view, the swimming pool overlooks the Han River Dragon Bridge. Cuc hotel front desk staff is very cute and attentive. Thank you hotel for giving me a great experience here.

Tôi ở khách sạn Fivitel vào ngày cuối cùng của hành trình. Giường và gối rất thoải mái và tầm nhìn rất đẹp! Trong số tất cả các khách sạn chúng tôi ở, bữa sáng là món Việt Nam ngon và ngon nhất. Và trên hết là đội ngũ nhân viên tiền sảnh( Cindy)thân thiện luôn chào hỏi bạn mỗi khi bạn đi ngang, họ luôn mỉm cười và chào hỏi đó là điều nên có trong ngành dịch vụ này. Nên đổi mới dàn xe đạp vì nó quá cũ.

It was so good.
The front desk staff are so very kind and always greet us enthusiastically and smile every time we pass by. The night shift reception staff were very friendly and hardworking. The room is clean especially we got a free upgrade to a better room. thank you. Especially the reception staff. 5 star

Dragon Bridge will spray water and fire at 9pm on weekends. From the hotel, you will see the top bar most clearly. The good support from the lobby Cindy told us where to eat and drink at reasonable prices. I appreciate it very much. Clean room is my favorite point when I stay here.
