The room ceiling is too low, the door is being replaced with a fireproof door that has not been finished yet, there is a gap that can be seen outside. The wallpaper is peeling, the TV has sound but no picture.

Booked a room here but changed to another branch because the room was broken, the last time I also changed from the other branch to this branch with the same reason. I arrived late, also at 12am, hadn't eaten anything, just wanted to check in quickly, put my stuff away, then go eat and rest, but when I arrived, I was told like that, very frustrating. The hotel did not contact me in advance, every time I arrived they told me like that. It's impossible that the room is always broken like that🙃 :)))). I don't understand how the hotel does business. The room at branch 2 is near the road, very noisy. I booked a large room but when I went to the other branch, they gave me a tiny room, cramped. The worst part is the hygiene. The bed sheets are very dirty, the pillows are also dirty, like they dropped on the ground and someone stepped on them. Unacceptable. Hopefully the hotel management reads this and corrects it so that future guests do not encounter the same situation.

I booked 2 nights at the hotel from 22-24/12.
The ceiling is too low, the wallpaper is peeling and not repaired, the TV is broken and very uncomfortable to watch.
The bathroom is quite spacious but the faucet is broken and there is no shower gel.

The staff is friendly, but the room is terrible, so dirty, the blankets still have stains on it, the slippers is gross. The dry wall is coming off, lot of mosquito. I have to move to another hotel after check in.
