The room was as per pictures. A nice quiet area, away from the busy tourist part of hoi an but close enough to walk or bike into the old town (with free bicycles!). Bathrooms, amenities, room size and balcony were great. The bed was a little hard if you are used to a soft western mattress. There’s a nice little pool outside and breakfast included was great! Most of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. This would be a great place for solos, partners or families/groups!

Plus: Enthusiastic and friendly staff. Leasing a bicycle to run into the old town is quite fun. Good breakfast, I eat high floor. Minus: Room is not as new as the old, degraded facilities and facilities, the door of my room when closed is still a gap with the wall, so there is no soundproofing way, outside is the pool so when there is a child I was joking outside very noisy The air conditioner was too old, the room turned on 30 minutes to start cool, dark to 16 degrees but just like another air conditioner 28.29 degrees, while this season is very hot, the hotel should be improved Good will be better

I feel satisfied here. staff friendly and cheerful, clean and airy rooms. The breakfast is quite good. especially free use bicycles :)) it seems farther to ride to 5p old town. If I have a chance, I will book this villa again. 9/10 points :))

We had lovely vacation here. We enjoyed a lot, take 15 min waking to hoi an market and 2 min more to ancient town, river in front of the hotel, peaceful place, silence and food is ok, room clean, swimming pool clean, staff is fine. Everything is good We will be back.!

At home, I had breakfast with Quang noodles and Panamera. The cook cook and then scoop for everyone to taste and then scoop into the pot again. And especially his attitude is not very friendly, so review. All other services to the room are good.
