The pictures online are so different from the actual room. The room is cramped and there is a strong smell from the bathroom even though the door is closed. I feel like if there was a fire, I don't know if they would know to go out. If I come back, I won't choose to stay here again.

Giá phòng đắt hơn so với thực tế. Đặt app 833k nhưng đến nơi bảng giá phòng vip cao nhất là 700k. Mà phòng ốc, sàn nhà, điều hoà thì bụi bặm do vẫn đang sửa chữa, cửa với đệm thì mới nhưng đồ đạc trong phòng thì rất cũ. Đổi sang phòng khác thì còn cũ kĩ hơn, không được như phòng trước khi đổi. Nhân viên lễ tân thì đùn đẩy nhau không xách đồ cho khách (thang máy hỏng). Nói chung là trải nghiệm vô cùng tệ. Không baoh quay lại!

I'm a pretty easy customer, I only stayed for one night, but the attitude of the housekeeper made me feel very unwelcome when we reported that the mattress was a bit dusty and wanted to ask for a new one. cleaner. If there are no blankets to replace her, you can say we sympathize, here she said "maybe it's because your feet are dirty when you sit on it, it's dirty if you say it like this, it's just like this. Blood stains are called dirty" and then picked it up and brushed it off very innocently while we were sitting there. We just went in to sit and saw dust, but when we sat on it, it was so dirty. Prepared in advance because it's just a 2 star hotel didn't expect much but still felt a lot of disappointment. Hope the hotel improves.
