Phòng có mùi thuốc lá nặng, nhân viên không quản lý kỹ đối tượng khách gây cảm giác khó chịu. Kỳ nghỉ 2 ngày nhưng không có 1 chai nước suối.

Employees talk falsely with customers. Specifically, you are on duty on the morning of October 16, at 6am. Call your friend, there is a customer there who dares to package the customer as "it". Ok, budget hotel owners should hire part-time staff, but they should also provide a little professional training.
