Do Mekong Lodge nằm trên bán đảo và đường bộ rất nhỏ không đi xe hơi được nên cách tốt nhất để vào Lodge là đi bằng thuyền máy. Nhân viên của Lodge sẽ đón quý khách tại bến tàu du lịch Cái Bè (nếu quý khách đi xe hơi, vui lòng gửi xe tại bãi đỗ xe miễn phí của Mekong Lodge Resort ở gần bến tàu, https://goo.gl/maps/mhHr1fqhnEJUueE29 ) . Sau đó thuyền máy của Mekong Lodge sẽ đón quý khách vào khách sạn (khoảng 10 phút đi thuyền). Miễn phí thuyền máy đưa đón lúc check in và check out ( không bao gồm bảo hiểm du lịch khi đi trên thuyền ). Trước khi tới bến tàu 30 phút mình liên hệ số Mekong Lodge: 0273 392 4027 / 0918 5310 38 để tàu ra đón nhé ạ
Because Mekong Lodge is located on a peninsula and the road is very small and cannot be reached by car, the best way to get to the Lodge is by motorboat. Lodge staff will pick you up at Cai Be tourist pier (if you come by car, please park your car at Mekong Lodge Resort's free parking lot near the pier, https://goo.gl/ maps/mhHr1fqhnEJUueE29 ) . Then Mekong Lodge's motorboat will pick you up at the hotel (about 10 minutes by boat). Free motorboat pick-up and drop-off at check in and check out (travel insurance not included when traveling on the boat). 30 minutes before arriving at the pier, please contact Mekong Lodge: 0273 392 4027 / 0918 5310 38 so that the boat can pick you up.
On December 31, 2024, there is a compulsory New Year's Eve dinner for all guests staying over this date. The cost is VND 650,000 per person, and not included in the room charges. The guests will pay this surcharge upon arrival
