The staff was not friendly at all, we made an appointment with the guys here at 11am, specifically there were 6 of us. 1 person arrived early to get a room so we just planned to go up there to put our things away and go eat right away, the other room had a check-in schedule of 2pm so we came back to check in later and did not request an early check-in, the hotel offered us an early check-in. When we first went up to the room and met the guys, we greeted and talked a bit loudly, so the receptionist immediately called us to remind us of their extremely bad attitude, after that we left and did not stay long. That was about the attitude issue, the room for 2 people was really cramped and the bed sheets were not clean. Please consider before booking.

The rule on our side is that the room can only accommodate 2 people at most, and on your side, there were 4 more people coming to the room to put away their belongings, but you said you could only go up to put away your belongings and then come down, but it wasn't true as you said and you teased and affected the next room, so we reminded you and created conditions to move the room early to check in to a 2-bed room for comfort. The rule is the hotel's rule, there is no hotel that has a 2-person room that can accommodate 6 people, sister.

At 11am we were just chatting but the receptionist was making a lot of noise. The room for 2 people was small and the blankets weren't clean. The water wasn't hot and the fridge wasn't plugged in and it smelled bad.

First of all, I apologize to you about the room not being comfortable, the blankets had problems, you said that at 11am you talked and the receptionist said it was noisy, so I would like to answer, the room only has a maximum of 2 people, but your friend came up with 4.5 people, while the room only allows 2 people, and you booked an additional room with 2 beds until 2pm to check in, while I created conditions for early check-in so that everyone could go up there to have a spacious room to talk comfortably, if you tell me the address of a place that has a room for 2 people but allows 4.5 people to talk like that, I will refund the money you spent with me, thank you for your comments.

The hotel is dirty, both the blanket and pillow, the room smells bad. When I checked in, the bed had a lot of sand. I asked to change rooms, but they said all rooms are the same. Not worth the price. More like a motel.

I have a great time with my stay in this hotel. The staffs are kind and tried to communicate well. I felt secured and comfortable that I slept for 15 hours straight. The location is also near restaurants and various stores.
