Sau khi đi một quãng đường dài đến khách sạn thì tôi đã quá mệt , nếu có thể tôi nghĩ tôi chỉ ước được nhận phòng sớm vì cũng chỉ còn 20 phút là đến 2 giờ nhận phòng . Nhưng tôi bị hỏi về việc làm thẻ thành viên và tham gia ( mà nạp tiền ) để có thể nhận được check in sớm và check out trễ . Khi nhận phòng thì tôi đánh giá phòng sạch sẽ . Nhưng thật sự nó không xứng đáng đến số tiền tôi bỏ ra . Còn nói đến buffet sáng thì thế nào khi quá nhiều người hàn ở đây nhưng không có nổi món ăn hàn quốc . buffet sáng đã không ngon lại còn rất ít , cộng lại luôn tất cả các quầy chắc trên dưới 30-40 món . Mà những món tôi gọi không có gì để chúng ta ăn đàng hoàng 1 bữa nhưng chắc nó thật đẹp để chụp hình sống ảo và bỏ đi . Còn khu vực xung quanh thì có chợ đêm nhưng nó có giá quá mắc để bạn có thể ăn và bạn chỉ có thể ở lại khách sạn và chỉ duy nhất nghỉ dưỡng tại khách sạn thôi . Chồng tôi người hàn quốc rất dễ tính nhưng anh ấy không muốn quay lại đây nữa .

The hotel is very nice, breakfast is okay, dinner buffet needs more variety. The staff is friendly and the hotel is extremely supportive of customer requests. Love being here

The resort also offers full service similar to other resorts. Overall, it's still good for the price. But there is a minus point in the service staff as follows: 1. On the first day, when I just let the children go to the pool to take a bath in the room, I turned on the water without hot water to bathe the little ones (myself). turn to the 2 sides and wait for about 30 seconds for each side, because I stay in many resorts and they open hot water very quickly, only 10-20 seconds). I have electricity for room service, I was instructed to turn the lever to the right and wait for 5-6 minutes to have hot water. Waiting 5-6 minutes is a bit weird compared to how a resort operates, so I had to take a cold shower for the kids because I just got up from the pool so I couldn't wait long. Only then did I find out that pushing the lever to the left is hot water and only waiting for more than 1 minute to have hot water. The service was wrong, so the children had to take a quick cold shower that day. 2. When the family goes out to play, there is a newspaper to clean the room. When I returned, the room was cleaned but not satisfied. I don't tell the small details because I'm also easy-going. But the point to mention is that the staff collects all the old towels without leaving new ones. The razor I used 2 times and threw it in the trash but did not provide a new one. Packed cotton swabs that have been torn apart are not supplied new, but left as they are. In addition, I have a tip for cleaning the room, but not without it. 3. I booked 3 days here, when I just checked in, I didn't like that room, so I went down to the front desk to ask for an upgrade to a higher room and I accepted the fee. But the staff kept going around and didn't change it for me: there was no room, the empty rooms were under repair... Then the staff said they would check and notify me the next day but I stayed for 3 days without changing it. I didn't see anyone calling me about changing rooms. In fact, I stayed there for 3 days, the number of guests was very small, probably only more than 10% of the rooms, so I couldn't run out of rooms. But I don't see any fix. In the end, I travel, having fun is the main thing, so I don't worry about those problems. Just a suggestion for the management system to pay more attention to customer service issues.

Quiet, clean space. Staff are very friendly and professional (except the staff at Bright buffe Restaurant). Morning holiday 2_9 but the food is not very rich. Little dishes, waitress staff at the restaurant slightly neglected, and did not assist guests when customers asked and had to order many times
