We go about 9 people to book 2 double rooms at 8pm and check in at 2:30 pm but the receptionist says that the room is double and give me 4 single rooms and the group must divide the person at the top at the end

I had booked and paid a 1 bedroom apt for my bro family (2 adults 2 children). The staff checked them in a 2 bed room apt. When they checked out, they were charged extra 500k vnd.

Luxury hotels however too old, TV and Wifi are not usable, the interior is quite old but still usable. Delicious breakfast, large and clean pool. Quiet space.

Good: The hotel is designed like an apartment with a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen with full appliances that can go to the market for cooking, have a gym and a fairly clean pool, breakfast does not have much food but the cooking taste is quite ok, the location is not too far and not too close to the sea, the street or the seaside are very convenient, polite staff. Not good: I don't know what other rooms are like, but my room is in the air-conditioner of the living room and the bedroom is too old.

+ Large room, lights in a slightly dark room, quite large pool. - The minus point: the electric socket in the room is almost impossible to plug, because the slot is narrow, want to plug in the phone charger to the bathroom because the socket there is used for hair dryers, shaving, so the slot is wider. Very inconvenient.
