We had a great stay in this friendly hotel. We were provided free upgrade room and free breakfast although we did not book for it. Overall it was a pleasant stay and memorable one. Our stay falls on the new year Eve and we were invited to the new year party breakfast in the morning (food was delicious and fruits were fresh). I will definitely recommend anyone staying here it is close to all the attractions in the old quarters.

Millennium Hanoi Hotel
Everything is good, the location of the hotel, the staff, the facility, but the room is quite small for someone who is traveling with 2 luggages like me. Other than that, everything is good.

Ha Noi Le Grand Hotel
I was booked for 3 single bed but when i was checked in, the staff giving me delux room with extra bed in bad condition, when i check the delux room price in traveloka was 300k something, of course i feel like they already used to it, i mean changing it without my consent, they didn’t gave me the reason why they changing, then i came back to reception to asked them to giving me the right booking, they asked me to wait for 20 mins without saying SORRY 😊, and when we check out, i cant pay with card, they ask me to pay with cash, that makes me need to find the ATM machine for a couple mins walked, and when im about to pay, the bill was 648,900 but they charge me 650,000 without giving me any reason like why they raising the price, or they if they dont have small money to return, they could just let me know, but this is no excuse at all. I don’t recommend this hotel to you guys

The Queen Hotel & Spa
