There is an open fire escape outside the hallway, so it is very safe. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly, especially the night shift staff who supported us a lot because we checked in and checked out late at night, thank you very much.

The room has no windows, so it will be a bit stuffy if you stay in the room all day, but if you only stay at night, it's fine. A big plus point is the convenient location, very close to restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies. It only takes more than 15 minutes to walk to Ben Thanh market. I used the laundry service, sometimes the staff helped me pick up and deliver my clothes to my room, but unfortunately sometimes the collar was not very good. Khách sạn có hỗ trợ cho thuê xe máy nếu bạn cần nhé (xe số 150k/ngày, xe ga 200k/ngày) Nói chung là mình khá ưng ý khi đặt được Sao Mai hotel qua Traveloka, sẽ tiếp tục book phòng tại đây khi có dịp ghé Hồ Chí Minh lần tới. --- For your reference: We booked anh room with anh double bed this time. The room was same to the description on Traveloka: clean rooms, fully of facilities such as: wardrobe, television, dressing table. Bathroom had hot-cold water, hair dryer. Hotel also has motors for rent service, the fee for rent is 150.000 - 200.000/day. We will consider booking Sao Mai Hotel next time. Highly recommend you guys!
