Reasonable prices, cheap compared to service quality and compared to the general level in Hoi An. 5-10 minutes by motorbike from the old town, quiet, suitable for resting and healing on weekends. Laundry and water services at reasonable prices. The room is clean, airy and has a beautiful sunset and free breakfast. The restroom is spacious and clean. Enthusiastic homestay owner. 10/10 and will return.

Homestay đẹp như 1 căn villa, phòng ngủ view vườn, sạch sẽ, thoáng mát. Có 1 máy lạnh, 1 quạt trần và 1 quạt treo bao mát. Trong nhà vệ sunh cũng có quạt nữa. TV có kết nối Internet. Mình rất thích cách trang trí phòng của anh chị chủ. Anh chị rất nhiệt tình và giúp đỡ mình, giới thiệu những địa điểm check in đẹp ở Hội An. Mì Quảng và nước mơ chị ngâm rất ngon. Nếu có dịp nhất định mình vẫn sẽ chọn ở lại đây nhiều ngày hơn. Phòng ngủ cách âm rất tốt ngủ rất ngon recommend cho ai thích yên bình vì homestay nằm ở cuối đường cây Giá Hạ.

Ngẫu nhiên đặt vì homestay vừa tiện ra phố cổ vừa gần biển mà giá cả rất phải chăng, không ngờ phòng ốc lại đẹp như vậy, mình rất thích cách decor nhà của anh chị. Anh chị chủ nhà cũng dễ thương nữa. Mong là mọi người có cơ hội thử mỳ quảng và cao lầu của chị chủ vì nó ngonnn~

I booked the Deluxe Room and it was lovely! The room in itself is spacious, clean, and fully furnished, even with a working TV. The owner was super nice. She let us check in early with no charges and lend us an umbrella when it was raining. Highly recommend!

A true homestay, the host is enthusiastic and hospitable, bringing a very friendly feeling. Delicious food, satisfying service, and having a bicycle is a very interesting experience. Next time I return to Hoi An, I will continue to choose this place to reside.

The hosts are very friendly. The room was very clean, the air conditioner was cool, very quiet. The breakfast is very delicious, you can also borrow a bicycle for free 🥹 when we return to Hoi An, we will stay at your house again.

This is a real Homestay, not the type of business that builds small rooms and rents them out, claiming to be a homestay. The villa is very beautiful and the rooms are also wonderful. The interior of the room can be called 4-star hotel class. The friendly hostess cooks a delicious breakfast. From the home to Hoi An ancient town is more than 2km, you can ask to rent a motorbike.

I just randomly placed on the app but I was very surprised, the owner is very friendly, 10 points thoughtful, 10 points enthusiastic, 10 points clean. If I have the opportunity to go to Hoi An again, I will definitely come back to Song River. The only thing I don't like is that the breakfast she cooks is a bit salty :))) so it takes a lot of water to drink. As for the room, the space is very beautiful and reasonably arranged, both my friend and I unanimously give 10 points

The interior of the room is quite great, the bathroom is very clean, but there is still a regret that the room does not have a makeup mirror outside the bedroom, so it is quite inconvenient for girls to wear makeup. The owners are very very enthusiastic. Will note for next trip.

Clean rooms. The owners are enthusiastic and sweet. Knowing we were going far away, when the first guest checked out, they took advantage of cleaning the room very quickly so that we could check-in early. The room is fragrant, clean, with lots of light, very relaxing. The owner cooks very well, the breakfast she prepares is extremely delicious and methodical. I ordered more coffee, she made it very strong as I wanted. Do you have motorbikes for rent, the price is very affordable 🥰 Have the opportunity to definitely come back.
