The hotel has a nice view, although it's not far from the center, the receptionist is very friendly and always asks to borrow her books to read, but she gives 3 books, clean hotel standard, great free breakfast, Next time I go to Dalat, I will choose here again

The buffet is quite ok, the room is okay, but due to the low floor and next to the family row, it is quite noisy and uncomfortable. I told the staff, but they only called me to remind me, not to change my room, so it didn't really solve the problem.

Khách sạn 3 sao mà ở thấy thiếu đủ thứ, ở 2 đem không đêm nào ngủ được, vì của sở gió thổi đập cửa sổ kêu rất lớn tiếng, ăn sáng không ngon, mình đánh 1 sao không giám quay lại nữa

Khách sạn cầm 4 triệu của khách ko muốn trả ? Ai ở đây coi chừng tiền mất tật mang nhé. Mình book qua app 2 phòng 4 đêm tổng cộng hết 14 triệu đã thanh toán đủ trước khi nhận phòng. Nhưng tới nơi khách sạn báo hết phòng mình đã đặt, chỉ còn phòng hạng thấp hơn. Khách sạn nói cứ ở đi rồi khách sạn sẽ hoàn lại số tiền 4 triệu cho mình ngay. Mình cũng ok thôi không sao. Nhưng cho tới hnay sau khi check out 1 ngày khách sạn vẫn không có ý muốn trả tiền. Đùn đẩy trách nghiệm tới hết người này tới người khác. Khách sạn 3 sao nhưng dịch vụ mang tới cho khách hàng chỉ đáng giá 1 sao. Không phải mình là trường hợp đầu tiên, mình ở 4 đêm thấy có rất nhiều khách khác tại khách sạn booking rồi nhưng lỗi không ở được phải đi khách sạn khác. Tiền thì không biết bao giờ mới được hoàn. Mọi người nên cân nhắc trước khi đặt vì tốn tiền mà mua bực vào thân 😌

* New hotel, nice rooms. Exactly as described. * But: Maybe because the hotel is too new, the organization is less professional. 1. Parking space is not uniform, whoever goes in first will not be able to get out. You have to wait for the person to park behind or the front desk to come out to get the car. 2. The reception kept calling to ask me to take the car out. I had just arrived and was storing my luggage in my room. Meanwhile, my family member is bringing the key to ask the receptionist to back the car out for me (The receptionist also told me to leave the car key below if you don't mind, but my private car keeps going in and out, I see. comfortable) 3. Temporary parking at the front desk only if you want to park permanently, do not disturb anyone, park behind the hotel. The slope is quite large, it will be difficult for women driving to get up and down. Meanwhile, the first criterion I choose the hotel is to have a car park. 4. For some reason, the housekeeping department knocked on my door at about 14:30, at that time the whole family was sleeping and just coaxed the children to sleep. Wake up all. The hotel should have had a tag on the doorknob noting this. 5. As soon as I checked in, the receptionist immediately told me that towels, ... towels that have stains that can't be removed... will be charged for compensation. I haven't been able to figure it out yet, so it was noted. There is a sense of contempt for the customer. An unlucky holiday and annoying to be bothered like that. I will not return to this place.

Clean rooms. Spacious and comfortable car park. Cute staff. The bathroom should design an area for soap and shampoo right next to the shower for convenient use and not having to step out to wet the floor in the sink area Need more bathroom wall hooks
