Location near Hoan Kiem Lake... Rooms are good and cheap... One minus point is that there is no elevator... My whole family had to climb 6 floors so it was a bit tiring...

Cảm ơn The Queen Hotel đã cho mình thuê phòng. Mình thuê phòng ở gần bệnh viện Quân đội 108 để nghỉ lại, sáng hôm sau đi nhận kết quả xét nghiệm. Tuy có hơi bí một chút nhưng phòng sạch sẽ, an toàn nên mình được nghỉ ngơi thoải mái. Cảm ơn The Queen Hotel ạ.

phòng hơi có mùi nên nhân viên lau sàn thơm cũng ok, phòng cũ có cải tạo thì tạm ổn với mức giá, máy lạnh hơi cũ, nói chung ổn nên đặt nếu muốn nghỉ lưng để đi chơi vì vị trí gần sát nhà thờ Lớn và đi bộ 5' ra hồ Gươm, nhân viên nhiệt tình xách đồ lên lầu 3 cho mình, nhẹ nhàng.

Khách sạn rất ok ạ. Gần trung tâm. Mình có bé nhỏ nên khách sạn hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm. Có cả dịch vụ thuê xe máy. Hỗ trợ khách nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ ok hơn những chỗ khác. Giá rẻ nữa ạ

The hotel is located in the Old Quarter and right in the center, very convenient to travel to famous areas in Hanoi such as Sword Lake, Uncle Ho's mausoleum, West Lake, Room quality is also normal, furniture is also good. old, but I also accept and do not ask for more, because the price is quite reasonable, but in the Old Quarter. Just hope the hotel owner, the cleaning staff remember to keep the room clean.

Phòng ở Tầng 6 nhưng không có thang máy. Khách sạn nên có thang máy nếu xây cao tầng, chứ khách lớn tuổi hoặc có nhiều hành lý sẽ rất khó di chuyển.

Hình ảnh phòng không giống với hình ảnh. Khách sạn rất cũ và rất có mùi kinh khủng. tường thì rất dơ. tóm lại hình ảnh rất xa thực thế. một trãi nghiệm vô cùng tồi tệ. ngày tết mà kinh doanh quá thảm hoạ

The hotel room is quite old and not clean according to the usual hotel standards, the feeling is worse than the motel :( Weak water, no towels, smelly toilet.

The hotel is not secure. I rented a room for my friend to stay but while there my friend was robbed of all his possessions including phone, money. The hotel does not compensate the customer nor remind the customer about security in advance. The hotel is too old, the furniture in the room is also old, rotten, and the towels are still torn. The pictures must have been taken a few years ago, and even at the sale price, I don't think it's worth it, let alone the rental price at the original price.
