- When checking in, it said the hotel money was not received from the app, the new owner had a contract with the app. I have to pay for the room directly to them. So 2 times the money, then claim the app again. - Bad, small, Not clean. - On the app to order breakfast, they said they stopped serving breakfast a long time ago.

During the transfer from the old manager and the new company of Vanda Hotel Nha Trang, we (the new management company of Vanda Hotel Nha Trang) did not receive any information about the reservation. and have asked traveloka to consider canceling your reservation and giving you a refund. The service is generally okay compared to the room rate. However, there are some suggestions: The hotel needs a better and better cooling system. I stayed for 3 days, there was no hot water for the day, with the reason that the hotel used solar batteries and no sunshine today so no hot water. At that time I thought: tomorrow does not have sunshine, then take cold shower next?
